Finally had gotten assigned to a service advisor after a miscommunication and my service advisor was in constant communication with me which was greatly appreciated and they continued to help me with gettin miscommunication and my service advisor was in constant communication with me which was greatly appreciated and they continued to help me with getting what I needed on my vehicle in a timely manner and I’m very thankful that they were able to help out from getting my key ordered to programming and cutting my key to calling me to pick up my vehicle and even notifying me that my vehicle had no gas and helping me put in the gas I had brought for the vehicle it was great service at the end and I truly appreciated the help I was given even though we had arrived late to pick up the vehicle truly appreciate my service advisor Luis Ramirez for keeping me aware of everything More
Yes, this was my first time coming at this dealership. I used to get the car serviced at the mckinney one since I had bought it there. This is closer. I have noticed that the dealership service takes a lot longer ever since COVID. I used to get my car back within 1-2 days, now it’s more like 3 days. I know people are finding on to their car longer, but the Executive management needs to look at staffing. Loaner cars are harder to come by, you have to make an appt way in advanced to get one. The Lexus and Acura dealerships have popped up next door, so need to look at how to KEEP that high Mercedes level of service. Right now, I only get that high level from my service advisor. This is a dealership issue to stay competitive. More
