The service department has the worst service I have ever experienced and I have owned a Mercedes since 1979. You cannot get ahold of your service advisor and the one I had lied to me, would not answer phone experienced and I have owned a Mercedes since 1979. You cannot get ahold of your service advisor and the one I had lied to me, would not answer phone calls or texts. Even sent me a text stating he would contact me shortly and never did. His name is Chad Bunton. This type of service is totally unacceptable and I will not be going back to Mercedes-Benz of Plano. They are horrible. More

Used to be great service now gone downhill . .. Took 2 weeks to make a small repair, been back 3 times ask to fix squeeky brakes which only started squeaking AFTER they put in new brake pads!!! N ..
