$80,000 joke! I would think that this automobile would possess most of, if not all of the basic features found in a "luxury" automobile. my 2014 pickup truck, for e I would think that this automobile would possess most of, if not all of the basic features found in a "luxury" automobile. my 2014 pickup truck, for example, has remote start features. Not this $80,000 mercedes-benz! They decided to rely on an app to perform this task. The problem is this app doesn't work on my Samsung Android phone, so no remote start. Recently my car was broken into. Someone shattered the rear passenger window and it took them 3 weeks to deliver replacement glass! They sent the wrong size twice, and a broken unit once before they finally figured out the correct replacement. I've been broken into a few times before and never waited more than 6 hours to get a replacement too bad a great car has to be sold, represented, and maintain my collection of bungling fools. If you have to have a Mercedes Benz, get it somewhere else! More

Service Advisor Being a customer since 2003 my service advisor is a very important person to me. Luckily I have had one very long term advisor and another one or two Being a customer since 2003 my service advisor is a very important person to me. Luckily I have had one very long term advisor and another one or two that were okay. August 2018 I find myself starting over again. After getting advice from a few people, JC Matlock connected me to Stephen Wolston. I am happy to say what a great job he is doing. It was inspection time, service, and a possible CPO issue. Stephen handled things to my satisfaction. He kept me informed as to what was going on. Even though I live in McKinney and believe in supporting local businesses I will continue to drive to Plano to your dealership. More

The second time the issue was not fixed and they told me the heat sensor need be replaced. Now the third time the engine light is on and this lead me to believe there is a lack of skill and repair quality control.
