I bought a certified used car and was surprised as to how well I was treated by the salesman Norman Rivers. Now on to the service dept, my normal writer is Deanna, she's EXCELLENT. Be careful of your choice of Service Writers/Advisors. Be careful of your choice of Service Writers/Advisors. My experience has be stellar over a 13 year period EXCEPT for one visit for service when Don Be careful of your choice of Service Writers/Advisors. My experience has be stellar over a 13 year period EXCEPT for one visit for service when Don was out sick. I was staggered by the push to write as much service as possible without regard to need. Don has never ever done this. Don has always approached my car service as if it were his - and his wallet. More
