Work was done as expected, car washed and ready when I arrived. Pricing was reasonable for having your car serviced at a Mercedes shop. However: I witnessed another young service rep arguing rudely and publicly with a customer who had a dispute over charges for a diagnostic of two vehicles. Totally unacceptable to speak that way to a customer, let alone out in public. In my opinion he created a hostile environment for the many staff and customers around the cashier area. Even though the customer was probably wrong in this case, management should not tolerate such a rude employee. Made me question whether I will return, I would not want to have to deal with that rep. More

Service issue I brought my car in because of random “lurching” while braking. I suggested the car be driven several times a day for several days in order to experience this lurching. Because of the random nature, it likely wasn’t going to happen the first time it was driven. When nothing was found, and I was asked to pick up the car, I was astonished to note the car had been driven only 1.2 miles. It was clearly not given a full and comprehensive testing to determine the cause of my issue! More

Terrible customer service My car had damage to the passenger side when I picked it from service. From there I have made 3 phone calls in 3 weeks dealing with Chad who is not even my advisor and try to bully me out of this. This is a shame. You do not represent the brand. Fix it! More

Hands down, bar none, the Plano Mercedes dealership is the only place I would have my car serviced. I wouldn’t let it get fixed by anyone else, even if they paid me! More
