Great service experience! Advisor went above and beyond. Got an unexpected aux battery pop up warning, so went to the dealership without a prior appointment. Service advisor went above and beyond inquiring about any other issues, and took detailed notes for the team about a gear shifting issue I’d been suffering with for many months and had blamed on the ECO start/stop. Turns out, there was a software upgrade available (related to the computerized electronic ignition or whatever) and now it’s like I have a brand new car!! If he hadn’t been persistent asking why I wasn’t loving the vehicle, I’d still be miserable! More
