Great service experience! Advisor went above and beyond. Got an unexpected aux battery pop up warning, so went to the dealership without a prior appointment. They graciously dropped me back at home, since there were no loaner vehicles available. Service advisor went above and beyond inquiring about any other issues, and took detailed notes for the team about a gear shifting issue I’d been suffering with for many months and had blamed on the ECO start/stop. Turns out, there was a software upgrade available (related to the computerized electronic ignition or whatever) and now it’s like I have a brand new car!! If he hadn’t been persistent asking why I wasn’t loving the vehicle, I’d still be miserable! More
