Great dealer. Experience World Class Sales and Service Traded in a 2016 Acura TXS and Purchased a 2018 CLA 4dr Coupe in November 2017 when they first hit the Showroom. After about 4 weeks my wife and l en Traded in a 2016 Acura TXS and Purchased a 2018 CLA 4dr Coupe in November 2017 when they first hit the Showroom. After about 4 weeks my wife and l enjoyed it so much we returned to this dealership 6 weeks later and purchased a 2018 GLA Sport Utility. She traded in a 2015 Honda CRV. We have had both cars over a year now. I have over 31,000 miles on mine and my wife has about 16,000 on hers. We shopped 3 other local MB dealerships and found them the most friendly and willing to deal. We have had zero problems with either vechicle and get excellent gas mileage from both. When we come in for regular oil changes their service people could not be nicer and the actual service is phenomenal! Cannot recommend Mecedes Benz of Plano highlly enough!!! I have purchased over a dozen new cars and trucks over the years and brought them back in for service. Cannot ever recall being more impressed by a Service Writter than Mr. Stephen Wolfson. He is truly an asset to your organization. You can bet l will continue to recommend you guys to anyone looking for Quality Sales and Service. More
