Excellent Job! I had stop going to MB Plano for service work because I had some issues at the old location with repairs not being completed properly. I had a warranty/recall item on my E63 that had to be done at a dealer and didn't want to drive downtown to Park Place, so gave them another try. Bennie did a great job! Just overall annoyed Heard good things about this dealer, hence chose to come here, plus my many bad experiences with mercedes benz of dallas. Took for ever to get my car back as i stood outside and froze , they told me they are short of valets. Then the car came out as disgusting as i brought it in, i ask and they say the car wash was broken...hand wash the god xxxx thing with an old school hose god dammit..it looked like trash and i drove all the way for this servicing with that wash in mind! Real pissed customer.! I think they lazy here More

Not worth for the price you pay Agree this is a Mercedes show room but they haven’t cleaned/vaccumed my car all the times i have taken it to service.
