Excellent Job! I had stop going to MB Plano for service work because I had some issues at the old location with repairs not being completed properly. I had a warranty/recall item on my E63 that had to be done at a dealer and didn't want to drive downtown to Park Place, so gave them another try. Bennie did a great job! Even fixed a fog light for me at a very reasonable price. More

Took for ever to get my car back as i stood outside and froze , they told me they are short of valets. Then the car came out as disgusting as i brought it in, i ask and they say the car wash was broken...hand wash the god xxxx thing with an old school hose god dammit..it looked like trash and i drove all the way for this servicing with that wash in mind! Real pissed customer.! I think they lazy here More
Not worth for the price you pay Agree this is a Mercedes show room but they haven’t cleaned/vaccumed my car all the times i have taken it to service. Pick up was suppose to be at 5:30 after numerous calls with no answer , he came at 6:30 and said the good news is I’m here now. Really..., that’s a lie bar for good news. When checking out the clerk interrupted closing my ticket out while she talked to a coworker who interrupted the transaction. When I got my car back the settings were changed . I had to go back to have the service agent try to figure out how to reset them. The world didn’t end but I expected better. More

Because it was a fuel line, MB Plano could not release my vehicle to me My AMG needed a warranty repair and the part had to be ordered from Germany. Because it was a fuel line, MB Plano could not release my vehicle to me (safety concerns). I was given a loaner vehicle for over the month it took for the part to arrive, they kept me updated as to progress, and promptly repaired and returned my vehicle as soon as the part arrived! It is wonderful to see a dealership exemplify the excellence that this brand’s DNA demands and deserves. High praise for Service Advisor Stephen Wolston! More
