First time here Very sad. 300$ oil change (understandable) but they asked if I wanted A sticker removed off front windshield they took the sticker off left all residu Very sad. 300$ oil change (understandable) but they asked if I wanted A sticker removed off front windshield they took the sticker off left all residue there if you’re not going to do the job right don’t ask. Told me they wash the car the front and the sides the back of the car was never even touched for a $300 oil change I at least expected a clean car I will not be returning heard they were better than everyone in the DFW area. So I drove 20 miles out of my way to go there. Made me look like an idiot in front of my wife and it’s her car definitely not going back. And I’m sure no one will read this and get back to me More

Not good as before. Service advisor assigned was not right. Not good this time. Service advisor did not even come before and even after car was done to say its ready and give some reccmendations what else car n Not good this time. Brake light not working display was still showing even after they diagnosed it. Poor service advisor service. More

I was given the costs of maintenance up front. I took my car in for scheduled maintenance. Chuck went over the services to be performed before I left.
