Took in the car for check engine light, after repairs the light came back on, took the car back, and she spoke to the mechanic in my presence, which stated that the part was defective, but she refused to all light came back on, took the car back, and she spoke to the mechanic in my presence, which stated that the part was defective, but she refused to allow the mechanic to do warranty work. when objected, she walked back to the shop and spoke with tech in private. she came back out and stated that the warranty work can not be done, raising issues with why we complained to service supervisor about her service. this was in April 2011. the car was not fixed, nor is it now. they refuse warranty on their parts, and this service adviser intentionally interfered with technician trying to replace the parts. it is now 4 months later, and we are still trying to resolve the check engine light issue. (initial review) after filing this review I was contacted by the GM, and as his follow up with his staff, I am now threatened by both service advisers, and was told through the mechanic that they no longer will work on my vehicle, and the open service ticket is closed in retaliation of my initial review of this dealership's service work and it's vicious, vindictive service advisers. I have contacted their GM again and will take this matter up with Texas attorney general's office of consumer division, as well as bringing suit in court to recover the cost of defective parts, and damages caused, because no longer can be trusted to work on vehicle. More

I purchased my first Mercedes 4 years ago from Ewing and have LOVED every experience I've had there. The sales experience with Liz was great. Since we've had our car for a few years, our primary interaction with Ewing is with the service area as we come in for our periodic car check ups. We love the attention to detail we get from Kelly, and the entire service team. Everyone in service knows us by name (and we don't go that often!). They always take care of us with a free loaner car. And they get the service done quickly. The car is always ready when they say it will be ready. AND they wash it for us. Sometimes we think they take better care of our car than we do - ha. Every company "says" customer service is important. But Ewing is a company that "walks the walk" and really lives it. They are genuine people, and excel in exceeding expectations every time we go in. I had a service advisor who retired and he was fantastic (Don Hubbard). Can you imagine my delight when my NEW service advisor is as good or better than Don??? New advisor is Kelly Woijek. Mitzi replaced 3 bulbs while i waited in the tail/brake lamp area. She always does everything possible to get my car in and out as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. I am planning on buying this same car again soon and a big part of the reason why is because of Mitzi and the service I get at Ewing. My husband and daughter both drive BMW's and i have been to their dealership and am shocked at the difference in care they receive. I would never drive a BMW because of that reason!!! The service of a car is the most important aspect of owning a particular type of vehicle in my opinion. It can make your experience pleasant or a constant annoyance. I choose pleasant and will continue to purchase Mercedes for that reason! More
