I purchased my first Mercedes 4 years ago from Ewing and have LOVED every experience I've had there. The sales experience with Liz was great. Since we've had our car for a few years, our primary interaction with Ewing is with the service area as we come in for our periodic car check ups. We love the attention to detail we get from Kelly, and the entire service team. Everyone in service knows us by name (and we don't go that often!). They always take care of us with a free loaner car. And they get the service done quickly. The car is always ready when they say it will be ready. AND they wash it for us. Sometimes we think they take better care of our car than we do - ha. Every company "says" customer service is important. But Ewing is a company that "walks the walk" and really lives it. They are genuine people, and excel in exceeding expectations every time we go in. Service is the least "fun" apsect of car ownership; it's something I've always hated to deal with until I found Kelly here at Ewing. I bought my car new from Ewing. I have had it serviced there because they are honest, reliable, polite, prompt and available! Can there be another reason for staying with Ewing? I had a service advisor who retired and he was fantastic (Don Hubbard). Can you imagine my delight when my NEW service advisor is as good or better than Don??? New advisor is Kelly Woijek. Mitzi replaced 3 bulbs while i waited in the tail/brake lamp area. She always does everything possible to get my car in and out as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. I am planning on buying this same lamp area. She always does everything possible to get my car in and out as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. I am planning on buying this same car again soon and a big part of the reason why is because of Mitzi and the service I get at Ewing. My husband and daughter both drive BMW's and i have been to their dealership and am shocked at the difference in care they receive. I would never drive a BMW because of that reason!!! The service of a car is the most important aspect of owning a particular type of vehicle in my opinion. It can make your experience pleasant or a constant annoyance. I choose pleasant and will continue to purchase Mercedes for that reason! More

On April 30th, 2011, when I went to start my 2004 CLK 500, much to my chagrin it wouldn't start. I called Mercedes Roadside Assistance the next morning and within 45 minutes they had a tow truck on site 500, much to my chagrin it wouldn't start. I called Mercedes Roadside Assistance the next morning and within 45 minutes they had a tow truck on site and towed my car to Ewing Mercedes in Plano, TX. Once I got to Ewing I was greeted by Deana Lisby who is a service adviser. To make a long story short: Mercedes Roadside Assistance was awesome, the tow truck company was awesome (the driver pampered my car while putting it on a flat bed) and Deana Lisby was especially friendly and awesome as well. Deana was very communicative and kept me in the loop at all times. I had a few issues with my warranty company and Deanna helped me work through those as well. I picked up my car on May 4th and it had washed and was without ding or blemish. Overall, I am very pleased and HIGHLY recommend Ewing Mercedes for any sales or service need you may have. More
