My service advisor Stephen takes good care of me. I can always reach him and he is good at calling me back. I leased 3 cars from the Plano dealership, but the last one I leased from Dallas. Called 4 different times and i was on hold over 15 min each time. I was calling to see if my service is ready or not. Now i know why other people go to small shop, instead of mercedes dealer. I told My service advisor on last Saturday that I was at work and couldn't bring the loaner car in due to me being at work. Well he insisted that he could send someone to pick up the car from my job at Texas Instruments. Well I told him that if a person is not authorized to be on the premises then they would not able to come on the parking lot period. In told him that my only off day was the follwing Tuesday which was only 3 days away. He then proceeds to tell me that I will probably be charge for the vehicle by the loan car department $85.00 per day if I don't retrurn the vehicle on Monday. SO I was like WOW!!!! SO then I told him the I would go ahead and lie to my superior and that I would have to get a doctors note for an excuse by going to the emergency room for basically nothing. He then says he doesn't want me to have to do that. On Monday morning he texts me again with the same drag about the loaner car. So I told him I would be in around lunchtime. And to top it off, I did get wrote up for leaving the premises and I was given a point by Human Resources as well. Because due to the tornado happening a few weeks ago, we are all on high alert at my job site. etc. I told the service advisor how pissed I was and he Tod me that it's not his fault because the people above him tell them to bug the customers about the loaner cars, because they feel that people just keep them to joy ride. SO I will not be returning to this location again ever, and I will not recommended this place to no one at al period. More
