There are no surprises and my car is fixed the first time and I never required to have to bring back car a second time to fix. More

Jay came within next 5 minutes and told me to wait in service lounge while he send my car for inspection. Told me it will be 45 minutes n perhaps 15 minutes more to wash the car. I was able to drive away before 10 am - inspection done n car washed. Guess Jay’s full name is John Henderson as listed on the bill More

When he fina Service advisor was 15 minutes late for appointment, and they just left me sitting in the car waiting...no other advisor offered to help. When he finally arrived, my husband told him about a couple of issues with the car, besides what I had made the appointment for. Advisor did not note or offer to look into these additional issues. Also, I asked for the car’s maintenance records and he failed to provide them. Left after an hour of nothing getting done. Followed up with email through the Contact Us page on their website. Received a follow-up email and phone call, but all they did was cold-transfer me to the Service desk. Very disappointing experience all the way around. Still need service but I guess I need to go elsewhere. More

They kept my car for 4 days and out of the 3 issues I had, they only fixed one. On the day of pick up, I called ahead to have my car ready, I had to wait over 20 minutes from the time I arrived for them to bring the car out. They sent me a customer satisfaction survey, I explained my experience, but I never heard back from them. I now take my car to Park Place MB in Grapevine. Mercedes-Benz of Plano needs to learn a thing or two in customer service from their competitor Classic BMW across the HWY. More
The Worst Ever Mark Cobb was amazing. Every single other person I either spoke to or dealt with was horrible. My car went into their shop for service 12/19/2017. The Mark Cobb was amazing. Every single other person I either spoke to or dealt with was horrible. My car went into their shop for service 12/19/2017. They found there was damage caused by a pothole. The insurance company and the body shop had to figure out payment. The person I worked with at the Body shop, Adam and his boss were deplorable. Adam called me ridiculous to my face with his boss in the room. I paid the bill, there was confusion with Insurance later, so they called me and told me they made a mistake and I underpaid by 500 bucks. I already paid them almost 7k out of my pocket and insurance paid almost 22K. My car was finally finished 3/6/2018 almost 3 months after being brought in, I was treated horribly, and then told I needed to pay an additional $500. I told the shop manager they needed to look into this and maybe as a sign of trying to rebuild a relationship cover the 500. He laughed at me and told that wouldn't happen. I have already contacted Mercedes Corporate. I am looking up who owns/is on the board of the dealership and I am going to write each one a hand written letter explaining the entire transaction. How I was called names, told there was no way to receive status updates on a regular basis, and by that I mean by a set time 1 day per week. Adam laughed when I asked if he could commit to calling, emailing, or texting by 7pm on Tuesday so I don't have to chase him, He said i do not know how business works. I do know that customers deserve respect. I do know a customer can have expectations met with a single proactive email or phone call. When his manager called me with the same attitude he had it shows me the issue is not Adam or his manager, the issue is the people who hired them both and the people who are above those individuals who read these reviews and still nothing is done. Where ever I can post reviews I will. I hope to help someone trying to make a decision on where to buy their next car or where to bring their car in for service, to make sure they do not come here. A tote-the-note dealership shows more tact and care than this dealership and its leadership. I will never step foot in this dealership again or recommend the body shop. I am in the market for a new car and this experience was the best advertisement for Tesla I could have experienced. To put a final Cherry on top. This morning when I started my car the engine coolant reminder came on and let me know the level was low, and one of my buttons that controls my mirrors is missing some of the black coating. It looks like someone got in the car with a dirty thumb, pressed the button, and tried to wash it off but rubbed off the coating. More

Today makes 39 days and as I type this message, I have been given yet another excuse why my vehicle is not completed. Absolutely abserd! I have a list of text messages and excuses. Monday I just bought my wife a 2017 C300. But it wasn't from this Dealership. Will never allow this dealership to service any of my vehicles ever again. If have to drive to another city or state for services I will. Dwaine D Gallian More
They wouldn't lift a finger to have Mercedes help cover work These guys stink. I brought them a 550SL that was 2 weeks out of the new warranty, but covered under the certified warranty. Daniel Adams and his lack These guys stink. I brought them a 550SL that was 2 weeks out of the new warranty, but covered under the certified warranty. Daniel Adams and his lackey Zafar were worthless. Literally handed me a 1-800 number and made me deal with Mercedes for days trying to get them to cover the work. Daniel is lazy and incompetent, and shouldn't be anywhere near a luxury dealership. Zafar Vakani's biggest concern seemed to be over wether he could high gross me to change brake fluid. What a cast of clowns. Its the principles that let this nonsense happen. They dropped their name when they moved to Plano, but nothing really changed. The GM Kim Patterson was no where to be seen, but needs to come downstairs and pull this dealership out of the toilet. More
Don't do business with Ewing Mercedes Plano Tx (which is part of the Ewing Auto Group owned by Finley Ewing IV) , I was foolish to trust this dealership and take my Mercedes to them for a cost free (which is part of the Ewing Auto Group owned by Finley Ewing IV) , I was foolish to trust this dealership and take my Mercedes to them for a cost free recall repair they call me the next day to claim that after doing these "free" recall repairs my vehicle is now inoperable due to a sudden and very suspicious electrical issue that only they can fix I was asked to pay $1500 initially to have it fixed and returned in working condition. or pay to have it towed in non-working condition. When I handed the keys to the attendant Johnny we say him drive off without any issue. My vehicle was in perfectly good running condition. This is extortion, the issue they claim is the ESL which is tied to the EIS. This as they claim is due to an electrical system issue, the last ones to touch the electrical system was their service shop, in messing with the SRS system and the taillights connectors and wiring. I was not made aware of any potential issues that could arise from trying to service these recalls. So I was not given the opportunity to make a informed decision or made away that there could be substantial repair costs from attempting to resolve a mandated "free" recall. Shame on them for doing this, I am seeking legal counsel because this is wrong and unethical. Also Mercedes has literally hundreds if not thousands of customers who have has issues with the EIS (Electronic Ignition System) and ESL (Electronic Steering Lock), so many that we can literally join or start Several class action lawsuits because this is not an issue of standard wear and tear, it is a known defective issue and can result in a series of events which could be life threatening to would be owners. Needless to say either way this is not my fault, I brought them the car in good faith because I trusted the brand, and even though I have heard bad things of the Ewing Auto group I wanted to see for myself if they were honest and reputable. I would say as of right now, I think otherwise. What they need to do fix my car and return it to me as I dropped it off, I’m not asking for any upgrades I'M ONLY ASKING TO HAVE MY CAR RETURNED TO ME AS I DROPPED IT OFF WHICH MEANS IN STABLE AND GOOD RUNING CONDITION. THAT IS ETHICAL, THAT IS FAIR, THAT IS MORAL, THAT IS GOOD BUSINESS. As a marketing professional it is my business to build brands and brand recognition via social media, print, adverts, peer to peer, etc The marketing goes both ways, when you rip people off people talk ALOT.
