My appointment was changed because the part wasn’t in even though I received a letter indicating it was. As a result my appointment was changed and the CSR neglected to reserve a car for me. I paid $1 even though I received a letter indicating it was. As a result my appointment was changed and the CSR neglected to reserve a car for me. I paid $175.00 to check my seatbelt and was advised that money would go toward repairs. I didn’t repair the seatbelt due to the amount and was advised the money could not be applied to another service . Therefore, my money was wasted . The labor was not $175 dollars worth of labor . It was a disappointment. More

0 stars. I just wanted to provide a little feedback regardingmy service experience. First of all Lee the shuttle driver was great. I had my vehicle towed there because it wouldn't start for my wife. I towed it independent of your shop through my roadside assistance plan. Chad the service advisor charged me for the tow and when I left a voice mail for him to explain why he charged me when u guys didn't tow it he opted to not return my call. It was a measly $35 but I just wanted a explanation in the event it was an honest mistake. The bill made it seem like we talked through the charges. We didn't. We talked about the battery but that's it. The lack of a follow up speaks volumes. I waited 3 days. More importantly I thought it was unprofessional to write an opinion in the estimate that someone else worked on the car. I have no expertise and have never worked on the car. The car has not been in another shop for the 2 years I have owned it except for oil changes and tires. Lastly Chad did not explain that the warranty company was not paying for the repair until I picked up my car. I would have taken care of the auxillary battery on my own had I been informed that the other work would not be covered. I already had the oem battery priced out at about 40. Of course it was well over $150 with you guys. All in all I've owned a 750li, Touareg, Acura Rlx, E350 along with the Gl450 that I brought in. This has by far been the most intentionally poor service I've ever experienced by a luxury car dealer. This was all low ticket stuff so should have been easy to explain. I'll survive but I take integrity seriously. I don't t think this was handled ethically at all. Also once I settled my bill I also had to wait 10-15 minutes in the garage bay to leave while another advisor blocked the bay testing the remote trunk feature of another car while I visibly waited at idle. Customer Service 101 classes are in dire need there. Communication and effort failed here. I get that I didn't buy my vehicle from you guys but I'm sure I never will. It was an experience fitting for a shade tree mechanic at best. A follow up isn't needed. Just do better with your other customers at least. More disappointed on a human level. This kinda stuff is really lame. I've been to your dealership twice and somehow randomly got Chad both times. Stop feeding him business if he can't handle simple customer expectations like honesty and communication. More

Dealership said in December it was fixed at 18 mistakes but guess what....received notice 19, 20 and 21. Corporate even sent me a review for the car that is not mine...rated it a 1 negative...never heard back. NEVER BUY FROM THESE FOLKES. More

They look you in the eyes and lie to you. their website shows they have special for purchasing 4 tires and getting free alignment or all other specials but their staff look you in the eye and lie to you about their specials and try to overcharge you. if you don't check their specials on the website no one there will even tell you anything, and if you know about their discounts and specials, still they try not to give it to you. spent $1350 for four tires and simple service and Z (the guy who helped me) treated me like crap. Please try to hire professionals or teach your staff to treat people right. I wish I could take my car to the Hyundai dealership where I used to take my previous car, they were so nice and professional I always enjoyed going there, I never asked them for loaner car, cause I had fun just staying and hanging out with their employees. Mercedes Dealer always does a good job ruining my day and pissing me off every time I'm there. More
