I have been a customer of Mercedes Benz of Plano since 2002. Bought a SLK 350 Limited Edition new and drove it until 2016. One day while dropping my car off for routine maintenance I saw a 2014 SLK Carbon 2002. Bought a SLK 350 Limited Edition new and drove it until 2016. One day while dropping my car off for routine maintenance I saw a 2014 SLK Carbon Edition that had just come in from a lease. The rest is history, I bought my first used car a few days later. Although there is now a dealership in McKinney I still go back to Plano for service and even for yearly inspections. More
Warranty Service Had my 2019 GLC in for Rear Cross Traffic Warning not working. I got a call around 3:00 pm from the valet driver to let me know he was about to leave Had my 2019 GLC in for Rear Cross Traffic Warning not working. I got a call around 3:00 pm from the valet driver to let me know he was about to leave to return my car to me. I had received no call from Chad Bunton the Service Manager as to what was done to the car. When I tried to talk to him no one knew where he was. He finally called me about over an hour later,too late to get my car back the same day. It all could have been taken care of with a call as soon as they found out there was nothing wrong.. More

Check in was prompt and efficient. Clayton met me and I explained that the aux battery warning was lit. He arranged to have a replacement battery installed under the warranty that was in effect.
