Horrible experience. Requested a loaner when scheduled but was told only shuttle available when I showed up. Had errands to do but was driven home until they were done with car. Told them I needed car by but was told only shuttle available when I showed up. Had errands to do but was driven home until they were done with car. Told them I needed car by 2pm to pick up my child from school and they said no problem. I called and texted my service advisor for updates because it was nearing 2pm but no response back. Finally had to call dealership and they sent out a driver to take me back to dealership. Severely poor customer service for a luxury car. Will not be taking my business here anymore. More

Extremely Helpful Cameron, from the service drive, was extremely helpful with fixing my radio. Poor service Standard service, pretty high priced, but you trust any Mercedes dealer. So i didn’t question the money, when I dropped off the car, and requested cou Standard service, pretty high priced, but you trust any Mercedes dealer. So i didn’t question the money, when I dropped off the car, and requested couple items to be looked into, one was installing license plate in the front of the car. When it was time to pick up, I went there, paid the bill, and was told to wait for the valet to bring the car. That took about 10 mins, and the car showed up, with no plate in the front. My service advisor wasn’t there, no one else was able to tell me what was done and why this was missed. One of the valets helped put up the license which took another 15 mins, all this under >100 degree heat. So if that simple request was missed, not sure what else could have been, as no one confirmed or followed up with me. I will make sure to take my business elsewhere next time. More
