My advisor, Aly is awesome! He made sure I got my car back in time for my trip cross country. He always takes great care of me. I have noticed that the dealership service tak He made sure I got my car back in time for my trip cross country. He always takes great care of me. I have noticed that the dealership service takes a lot longer ever since COVID. I used to get my car back within 1-2 days, now it’s more like 3 days. I know people are finding on to their car longer, but the Executive management needs to look at staffing. Loaner cars are harder to come by, you have to make an appt way in advanced to get one. The Lexus and Acura dealerships have popped up next door, so need to look at how to KEEP that high Mercedes level of service. Right now, I only get that high level from my service advisor. This is a dealership issue to stay competitive. More
