Jacobie was a pleasure to work with for my Service B appointment. I knew the process had been streamlined, but Jacobie me had me in and out with my rental car in record time. A nice surprise at pick up was how clean my car was! My plan was to spend an hour at the car wash after picking up my car, so not having to do that really made my afternoon. 5 star service!
