Wow, we recently purchased a used Benz from Ewing Autohaus. We had been to a few other dealers and met with some other salesmen, but no one gave us the level of service Norman did. We were on a budget, but Norman went through the numbers and found us the perfect vehicle. The best part was his style, no high pressure sales tactics. He was very patient with us as we looked and a few vehicles in their inventory. I'd highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a luxury vehicle to contact Norman Rivers at Ewing Autohaus. We drove away with the perfect car at the perfect price and all within our budget. We never felt pressured and didn't walk away feeling like if we tried harder we could have gotten a better deal. Helpful, Supportive, Professional, and Friendly! I have had a relationship with Ewing, but only through their service department as I had leased a vehicle through an outside source. MB and the service depart, specifically Craig Rind, have been wonderful over the past 4 years. The time had come for another vehicle, and because of circumstances outside my control, I didn't think that I would be able to purchase the vehicle that I wanted. With the help of Daniel and the finance department of Ewing I am driving my new GLK and am out of the lease from the other company. Daniel is a wonderful salesman, not the "typical" car guy! More
