I came to this dealership thru the Costoco Auto Program. I live in a different city than this dealership (about 300 miles away)and was a little hestitant to deal with a dealership out of town. Well I must say - the two gentlemen assigned to me thru the program worked very hard with me via e-mail and phone. I was so reassured with everything and had such a wonderful experience that I would recommend to any of my friends to take a trip out of town to purchase their car from this dealer. They tracked down the exact vehicle I wanted and worked their magic to get it traded to them for me to purchase. I also traded in a vehicle - sight unseen and was treated like royality when I came to finally pick up my vehicle. I was directed by USAA to speak with Jon who literally searched the whole US for the exact SUV I wanted. There were very few 2011 ML 350's in white with cashmere interior left. He found one in California and made sure it got to Texas. As soon as the SUV arrived in Texas he drove it to my office so I could test drive it and confirm this was the one I wanted. The whole experience from price to purchase to delivery was very easy and effortless. I'm very happy with my purchase and feel like I got a great deal for the SUV I wanted and did not have any of the headaches associated with buying a new car. More
