Larry delivered excellent service in connection with my recent purchase. This was the second Mercedes I purchased/leased through Larry, and the third from this dealership. Importantly, about 90% of the negotiation and sale process was accomplished via email (by my choice, as my schedule permitted only emails). The entire car-buying process was streamlined and efficient, and was without any sudden inconsistencies in pricing or specifications. If anything, I was pleasantly surprised when, just hours before I picked up my car, and after we had already agreed on final specifications and price, Larry informed me that I could be qualified for further price reduction. Upon finding out that my insurance company was one of those with a rebate arrangement with Mercedes, he thought my purchase could qualify for the rebate. He then advised me on how to proceed so that I could take full advantage of the additional price reduction. More

About 16 months ago after a very lengthy nationwide search for an E550 Coupe , I ended up ordering one to my specifications from Larry Reeg at Mercedes-Benz of Plano ( previously Ewing Autohaus). This was the third M-B I've owned. The sales and service experience with Larry was exceptional. He was able to find an uncommitted car in line for production that had one day left on the cut off date to make changes.When Larry found it he called me and I sat down that day and developed the order. I was able to get the car in weeks rather than months. I recently retired and need to get down to two cars one of which must have 4 doors. Two days ago I custom ordered a 2012 CLS 63 AMG with the P-30 performance package from Larry. Once again Larry was great to work with and helped expedite the process quickly and efficiently. I consider myself fortunate to have had Steve available to answer my questions. Steve is an experienced and knowledgeable "car guy" but more importantly he is a nice guy. The perfect combination of low-key and helpful. I was never rushed and never pressured. I ask a lot of questions, and he answered them all. When he couldn't, he found someone who could. I think I got a very fair price, and didn't have to go through a lot of rigamarole to get a good value. It was as if I had my own personal car buying consultant named Steve. Norman Rivers is the reason we bought the ML350 that day! What a wonderful salesman he is! In fact, my husband says that Norman is one of the best salesmen he has ever encountered. If you ever have the chance to work with Norman Rivers, you will find a man of great integrity who is friendly, courteous, caring, calm, professional, and very knowledgeable about the Mercedes product ... and at NO time did Norman ever use any "high-pressure" sales tactics with us. Even though we told him several times that we were just there to look, he patiently listened to all our questions and answered every one of them with skillfull knowledge. Then, with quiet persuasion, Norman "sealed the deal" with his enthusiastic explanation of the advantages of purchasing a pre-owned Mercedes from Ewing Autohaus. He emphasized the customer service and support Ewing would give us for the life of the car.
