I called ahead to the dealership to let them know I was coming and Clay was ready for me. He was friendly and informative and we drove two cars to allow me to feel the difference. I was trying to decide if the S550 was going to be practical for my daily routines so Clay had an employee drive a loaner car to my house so i could drive it for a day. This was very convenient for me as i was very busy with my 3 sons. After i decided what i wanted, Clay asked me details to see what I liked/disliked about the model I drove. We looked around the lot for color combinations. Then Clay found a car for me in Georgia and had it shipped. This was done in a timely and friendly manner. He called me regularly to let me know the status. When it came in, we set up a time to meet that was convenient to me and he went over the car details.
