If you can put up with waiting endlessly and poor finance service and accuracy, you can go to Ewing Autohau. I purchased my new car 2 days ago, the experience has been nothing but chaotic. Service stopped service and accuracy, you can go to Ewing Autohau. I purchased my new car 2 days ago, the experience has been nothing but chaotic. Service stopped the moment the contract was signed. I regretted my decision to switch from Lexus to MB. My money is not worth the headache and the stressful experience I have with this dealer! DOUBLE CHECK THEIR MATH!! Their math is always in their favor, and if you don't check their math, you're at a loss. The contract included poor math, and A LOT OF hidden terms. They even messed up with the base sales price by $2,500. I vented my bad experience with the dealer's management, the attitude I received back was defensive and nothing but arrogant. They show no sympathy for what a customer has gone through, as far as they're concerned, they met their sales quota, everything else is your problem. P.S. You have to be in line for just about everything. For someone who's spending $50K on a car, you think it's worth your money and time? DON'T GO TO THAT PLACE, PERIOD. More

I bought from Autohaus in 1992 and again in 2000. Two totally different experiences. They no longer care about the customer. I got a good deal pricewise because I drove the bargaining and I could have totally different experiences. They no longer care about the customer. I have tried to buy again in 2005-2006 but was treated like a lepper from Ford land. I did not buy another MB. I was treated very well at LEXUS & BMW. I bought BMW and was very happy with the deal at Moritz. Then I had to experience the Moritz service department! Whoa, was that bad. Another story another time. More
When I purchased my new vehicle, I received best price available at that time. But that where it stops. After I signed my paper work, I was nobody. When I went back to pick up my car after two days, my ca available at that time. But that where it stops. After I signed my paper work, I was nobody. When I went back to pick up my car after two days, my car was dirty, not washed or detailed (as promised), gas tank was empty, sales person spent less than 15 minutes to explain all the features of the car. Never got introduce to the service department or explain service procedure. Not a single follow up call from the delearship. My teleaid system was not working because sales person forgot about it. Its like we got your money, we don't need you any more! Sales person even yelled at me when he received new buyer's survey, as I gave my honest opinion in that survey. Buy from this dealership if you want to be yelled at after you purchase your 56K+ car! More
