I purchased my first Mercedes 4 years ago from Ewing and have LOVED every experience I've had there. The sales experience with Liz was great. Since we've had our car for a few years, our primary interaction with Ewing is with the service area as we come in for our periodic car check ups. We love the attention to detail we get from Kelly, and the entire service team. Everyone in service knows us by name (and we don't go that often!). They always take care of us with a free loaner car. And they get the service done quickly. The car is always ready when they say it will be ready. AND they wash it for us. Sometimes we think they take better care of our car than we do - ha. Every company "says" customer service is important. But Ewing is a company that "walks the walk" and really lives it. They are genuine people, and excel in exceeding expectations every time we go in. I have a legendary hate for car shopping. Until this past week, that is. We went shopping just to look and find out options to get an idea of what we needed. I was dreading having to deal with sales p past week, that is. We went shopping just to look and find out options to get an idea of what we needed. I was dreading having to deal with sales pitches, dealer hassles, etc. We were fortunate enough to come across Norman in our shopping process. He really listened to what we wanted and needed, addressed our concerns, and both told us and showed us all the great features about the lines we were looking at. The amazing thing was, he did all this without "pitching" anything, just being friendly and talking to us like we were friends. Most importantly, he seemed to really care that we got something that would fit our needs and serve our interests. We went from looking, to falling in love and buying. And, thanks to Norman, we were able to get the financing we needed and make the deal work. All of this WITHOUT HASSLES, too. Norman was there, taking care of everything for us through the whole thing. Hands down, this has been not only the best, but truly the only 100% positive car buying experience I have ever had. It was like having a friend who is an insider in the business guiding you through the whole process, getting you the best deal possible and keeping you out of all the mine fields. He has made me a raving fanatic about the brand, which I am convinced is the only kind of car I will ever want for the rest of my life (I had no idea it was possible to feel that way about a car line).
