I must express my deep disappointment with the quality of the 2021 GLE 350 4Matic. After the first year of ownership, it has been plagued with issues, the most concerning being a piston failure, which fortunately was covered by my extended warranty. For a luxury brand like Mercedes, such a major mechanical failure in a 3 year old vehicle is both unacceptable and embarrassing. This is not the level of reliability one expects from a premium automaker and it has severely impacted my confidence in the brand. This is only one of the many issues I've had with the car since ownership. More
