He was genuine and I believe he would treat everyone with the same level of service. Stephen was ultra knowledgeable about the product and easily answered all of our questions with no hesitation. The vehicle has per Service Dear Mb Plano, I purchased a 2023 GX 580 six months ago for $125,000, and overall, my experience has been positive. The vehicle has performed well, and your service staff has been courteous and professional. However, I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the complimentary car wash that was promised at the time of purchase. I was told I could receive free car washes, but when I brought my vehicle in, I was informed that it’s only complimentary with a service appointment. Furthermore, I was told I could visit a Lexus service center owned by the same group — but they declined the wash, stating it only applies to Lexus vehicles. This experience was frustrating, especially when compared to my experience with Sewell. I also own a BMW purchased from Sewell, and their complimentary car washes are available regardless of whether I’m there for service or whether the vehicle was even purchased from that location. I’ve even taken my GLE there, and they washed it without issue. That’s the level of service I associate with premium dealerships. I respectfully request that your sales team avoid making promises that cannot be consistently delivered. Managing expectations honestly is key to maintaining trust and customer satisfaction. Stellar service and purchase transaction at Plano Mercedes. Andre Smith our sales consultant & Joel Habermehl Sales Manager were incredible to work with. We purchased a SLK-350 from a dealership in N Mercedes. Andre Smith our sales consultant & Joel Habermehl Sales Manager were incredible to work with. We purchased a SLK-350 from a dealership in North Carolina (Apex Motorsports) that was absolutely a horrid experience. We expressed our concerns with Andre and he assured me there would be zero back-end add on's or additional costs. Our dream car we purchased was a 2021 GLA 45 AMG. Oh my what an incredible cross fit paddle shifting supreme rocket. My wife is in love with her car. After receipt of the AMG from the transporter Andre arranged, I immediately washed and inspected the car and noticed the front driver's side body trim was misaligned. I contacted Andre and he connected us to Joel. I was worried how this was going to play out. Joel made arrangements with James Motors & Mercedes and they replaced the whole door. Reimbursement came quickly from the Plano dealership and the slightly used AMG is a 9.9. I trusted Andre and Joel, they delivered and treated us in the most professional way. 5 stars and a large thank you to the team at Plano Mercedes. Tony & Margaret, Kentucky USA. More
