I gave this place a second chance being that I had already been talking to the salesperson for a few days, only to get treated like crap when I got there. I now believe being this is my second attempt at trying to buy a vehicle there that the reason I get treated so badly there is because of my Latino name. Listen Mr. So called owner. I have purchased many Mercedes vehicle financed them all through Mercedes-Benz financial. I get emails constantly giving me $5000 to $10,000 discounts to come back. The treatment I got from your dealership is discriminatory and I feel that I was treated like this and ignored because you people think I am here illegally. Let me tell you something you couldn't be further from the truth. I have been in this country for 58 years of which of it I spent in the military defending it to be treated like some kind kind of a criminal or illegal, that cannot afford one ofyour vehicles, there could be no other reason why I've tried to purchase a vehicle from you guys twice only to get treated like crap. I will explain below. Today I drove one hour and 1 hour and 25 minutes to go take a vehicle that I have to have an evaluated to trade in for a brand new Mercedes at Mercedes Benz of Plano. After driving this length of time I arrived and asked for the sales person Mr. Purcell to buy $65,000 vehicle. After 45 minutes the salesperson comes and tells me his manager was going to come and explain to me why the vehicle I was trading in not worth as much as what 3 other places have offered me. I waited and waited. The manager never came. The salesman passed me up three or four different times and ignored me my family and my 4 foster children, finally as I'm walking out I see the sales person is with another client. I told him that nobody came. We sat there waiting for the Manager and then I was going to post this on the Internet, he looked at me, smiled and walked away with the other client he had. I left a message with the receptionist to have the sales manager call me.The manager never called me, the salesperson never called me back, the finance manager never called me either. I was tossed aside like I didn't even exist. I feel this dealership ignored me twice in 4 years because of my ethnicity. Listen Mr. Owner nit all people with Hispanic names are illegals. Discrimination comes in all colors people don't let this happen to you. There are plenty of dealerships between Dallas Fort Worth, Waco Houston that you can contact they will deliver the vehicle to you and you may get a better price. More

I bring my GLS 450 to the dealership for issue related to Airmatic system, impacting one side of my car sagging, while in the park, but soon I start my car it stabilizes all tires and runs perfectly fine, bu Airmatic system, impacting one side of my car sagging, while in the park, but soon I start my car it stabilizes all tires and runs perfectly fine, but i decided to have dealership checked about the root cause and get it fixed, my car stays in the dealership for Three days, and they replace air compressor, saying this was the issue, and you car is now fixed, but within a week i started to have the same problem, but this time the whole back of the car get impacted, and malfunction sign appears, inform service advisor, bring my car back, and after two three days of inspecting, they said that the air bags for both rear suspension need to be replaced, when I ask that why you change the compressor before, but they have no clear answer, I had no choice but to agree, assuming that the information is coming from Mercedez benz service advisor, and they keep the car for another three four days, and after I got the car and drove for 5-6 miles, it shows the same malfunction sign and sunk in the back again, towed the vehicle back, they recommend another part to be replaced, and keep my car for almost a week, but the issue remains. In the meanwhile I had a conversation with service manager and inform him that my car is in worse shape now, even after spending more than 4000k, and they are unable to identify the actual problem. I did send an email to service GM ( Daniel), and ask him to refund all my money, and I will get my car fixed from other dealership, since you guys take over 20 days, four visits, over 4k payment, but issue remains, but his advise is to bring it back so they can replace other parts and charge me more. I was so frustrated with all this, that I trade my beautiful GLS and bought another car. During the whole process, i bee communicating with service manager, service GM, my service advisor, but no one help me out. I will never recommend anyone to trust Mercedez dealership of Plano for service, they just rip you off, and frustrate you up to the extent that you keep paying them, as they want, or replace the car. Please note that I love my GLS 450, but this experience make me chose another make rather then Mercedez, and only because of one bad dealreship exeriance. More

Tracy brown is a very unprofessional, arrogant and extremely rude sales person I have ever met. He lacks the knowledge of the product he is selling. Matter of fact the experience was like he don’t car extremely rude sales person I have ever met. He lacks the knowledge of the product he is selling.
