General Manager was contacted and a meeting was requested to discuss this service issue and other concerns regarding the dealership. Noted a specific time in our email to the GM, a day in advance, when we would be at the dealership to pick up this vehicle that was finally repaired. GM was a no show and after being asked to wait around to check if they could locate him, we were passed on to the service director. Based on that experience, did not appear our concerns were important enough for the GM to take an interest. A lost opportunity to retain a valued customer.

This is so extremely frustrating!!! I just called and was unable to speak to the GM. I wasn’t even given his name. I was given the blanket excuse, “someone is working on your issue and will get back to you.” They are the masters of run around. Don’t post to call (evading the issue) and then don’t answer. Don’t try to make yourselves look good without follow through and follow-up. I’m senior folks beware of this place.
