Offering amazing customer service is important if you want to retain customers and grow your business. WHICH that’s not what the loaner front desk girl provides! She’s very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL! Like why have her there when she treats people like crap!!! I was just sitting in the lobby and over heard a conversation she was having with a customer… Let me tell you how RUDE this lady is! The so called LOANER OFFICER . Her behavior toward customer is unacceptable and manager should look into that. She’s making everyone else in the service department look bad! 🤦🏻♀️ More
Lack of communication, extended delays left a sour taste with us. Waited 6 weeks for all parts to come in and told all parts in to complete the service and it would take 3-4 days to complete. Then found out 5 work days later that car sat around as they were working on another vehicle, but did not tell us. Then they kept telling us tomorrow, tomorrow the car will be ready. Took three weeks to get this service done. Buying another MB in a couple of weeks and it will not be at Pembroke Pines as I will never return to that dealership and if lucky the vehicle will be purchased at a non-AutoNation dealership as they have become the McDonalds take out window for service. My experience with Mr. Carlos Ruiz-Medrano was awful. He said my car will be ready the following day. 2 days later I have no news about my car. The third day I went to the service center, and he mumble something about the amount of work they have. Four hours later while I waited at the service center my car was ready. I went for a 20,000 miles car service and my car had only 8,500 miles. The following say I noticed that the trunk door does not open, the front wipers are spiking, and the rear wiper is too big for my car. They put the wrong one. I made another appointment, but this time with another employee. I have to wait almost 3 weeks to repair something that they damage and mistakenly installed. More

The worst experience ever. Do not take your car here for service. They are the most set of bumbling people I know. They kept my car for 7 weeks and did absolutely nothing!
