Brought my wife’s 2021 gla 250 in for lit engine light. Was told cylinder problem. Three weeks later (no loaner), got it back with a noise, Brought it back two more times but they were never able to fix Was told cylinder problem. I have read that the GLA series has a big problem with the cylinders and there really should have been a recall. Also, read the quality of the GLA series is not up to your other models.I have owned 7 different mercedes. My other car is a 2016 E350 and I expected to always stay with Mercedes, but this has been such a major headache and inconvenience that my wife wants me to sell the GLA(21000 miles) and buy her a Lexus or BMW. I want to thank your service manager and your service rep. for their excellent service. However, your service repairman created the noise when one didnt exist and never fixed the problem. My vehicle had it's first service at Pembroke Pines Center. Mr. Melvin Hayes was amazing with getting me through the process efficiently. The facilities were very clean and inviting. Falta de asesoria y claridad en el servicio, al agendar la cita para la revision, me peguntaron si esperaba el auto y le pregunte cuanto tiempo tardarian y ella me respondiò de 2 a 3 horas, por lo que le c la cita para la revision, me peguntaron si esperaba el auto y le pregunte cuanto tiempo tardarian y ella me respondiò de 2 a 3 horas, por lo que le confirme que yo espetaba el carro, pero oh sorpresa el dia que lo llevè me confirmo el tecnico que recibio mi carro que se demorarian de 7 a 8 horas por lo que le pedi un carro de remplazo y me dijo que tocaba agendarlo con antelaciòn, me quede sin carro ese dia, puesto que el tècnico me dijo que a eso de las 4:30 pm me llamaria o texteaba para recoger mi auto pero esa llamada no llego ese dia, llame a las 7:00 pm pero ya habian salido los del centro de servicio , al dia siguiente me llego el mensaje a las 8:00 de la mañana. falto informacion por la persona que agendo la cita en no dar informacion clara y precisa.
