STAY AWAY. The worst Mercedes Dealership in Florida. I have owned 14 Mercedes Benz vehicles. This dealership has the worst customer service. The worst sales department and they took no responsibility w I have owned 14 Mercedes Benz vehicles. This dealership has the worst customer service. The worst sales department and they took no responsibility with putting my wife’s SAFETY in jeopardy. The service manager is concerned with covering is behind and is only concerned with the bottom line. The General Manager Bert Martinez is unresponsive to calls an emails until AutoNation corporate gets involved. The Fort Lauderdale Dealership cleaned up their mess and did so knowing full well that it was only to take care of the customer and make thing right. Something that Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines does not comprehend. 4 times I have walked into that dealership since moving to Broward County and every time I walk out wondering how Mercedes lets them keep this dealership. Tried to get us to pay for services not needed We needed an oil change for our 2013 GL 450. Service advisor called us and said we needed 2 rear tires, cost over $700, alignment, over $200, and bra We needed an oil change for our 2013 GL 450. Service advisor called us and said we needed 2 rear tires, cost over $700, alignment, over $200, and brake pads and rotors, over $900. Since I had just put 2 new tires on the front 3 weeks ago and had it aligned I knew something was fishy. I also knew the back tires were ok because I measured them myself! We has a mechanic look at our brakes and rotors. 80% in the back and 60% in the front. No problems! To say they were going to rip me off is an understatement. Beware as car sales must be soft! More

Our buying experience was excellent with Bernard. but the service dept, is top notch ,we had a few concerns and our service writer Mr. Perez took great care of us, as we have been costumers of this dealershi service dept, is top notch ,we had a few concerns and our service writer Mr. Perez took great care of us, as we have been costumers of this dealership since 2010. our E550 had some things that needed attention, they had a loaner for us and took the car for a week and we got it back today, every thing taken care of and the car was spotless. a Great dealership more dealers should see how they do it and go from there.BG More
