I am a customer of your for many years. The experience this time was not what I am used to and expect from a premium brand like Mercedes Benz. I felt like being pushed extra services to buy The experience this time was not what I am used to and expect from a premium brand like Mercedes Benz. I felt like being pushed extra services to buy rather than focusing at the problem at hand. One of the main problems why I came for service was not fixed, which I only found out by asking about it. The tire that was loosing air pressure apparently could not be fixed although it was obvious that it had low air pressure. After driving away I also found out that all tires had an extremely high pressure of 39PSI (the front tires are suppose to have 29 PSI). Clearly not the service I expect. And now a few days later, the tire lost pressure again, as before, and is too low at 29PSI. I will be traveling for business and expect the tire to be flat when I am back. The only reason why I still recommend your dealership is because of the many years of good service you provided. More

I specifically asked that DEF be filled and it was not done. Therefore, don;t really know if the remainder of service items were actually done. Also, learned that service was not included on the first ser done. Therefore, don;t really know if the remainder of service items were actually done. Also, wait time was excessive and not what I am accustomed to when taking my other Mercedes to a different Mercedes Service Department. More
First time getting service at this dealership. Directions were not clear as to where to find the waiting room. Waited a long time to be picked up by lift, no curtesy vehicle was available. All they did The service I requested was not done. I made the appointment for two issues. A search engine light came on and two days after went off. All they did was drive the car around and say it was fine and working as it should. After that, they did nothing else. I scheduled a 20,000 miles service that wasn't done and no explanations as to why. I contacted the service specialist via phone and text and never got a response from him. They kept the car for 8 hours and they only took it for a ride and didn't even perform the services I requested. I would have been fine with them not addressing the engine light properly if they had a least done my service. This is the second time I go into this dealership and I thought it couldn't be worse than the first time but I was wrong. More
My service advisor is a very good listener, solved my problem. The turnaround for pick was awesome and I really appreciate how he advised me of the foreseen concerns that need to be attentive to therefo problem. I did a split payment $500 cash balance on credit card, I turned over the cash; however, all was charged to credit card therefore, I end of over paying and my advisor returned my cash. I’m very appreciative for good honest people working at this location. More
