Appointment was 11:30 AM with a Charles Campbell. Arrived to find he was not the designated service person, although I got several confirmations from him. I live about five minutes from Mercedes Benz). They couldn't provide someone to pick me up on completion, as that was not part of their service, but car wasn't ready until 5;00, so basically my car was there for five and a half hours!
