Appointment was 11:30 AM with a Charles Campbell. Arrived to find he was not the designated service person, although I got several confirmations from him. At 12:00 my service person informed me that my car wouldn't be ready for several hours (not the one to two hours I was told beforehand). They did provide an Uber service to take me home. I live about five minutes from Mercedes Benz). They couldn't provide someone to pick me up on completion, as that was not part of their service, but car wasn't ready until 5;00, so basically my car was there for five and a half hours! Our initial service associate, Campbell, provided the worst service I've experienced in my entire life. After my car was towed to their lot after hours, when Campbell contacted me the following day, he h worst service I've experienced in my entire life. After my car was towed to their lot after hours, when Campbell contacted me the following day, he had not yet inspected my vehicle yet he somehow quoted me over $2.5k for the "potential repair" based on what he "suspected" may be wrong. To make matters worse, he said they wouldn't even inspect my vehicle for a few more days. Meanwhile, he never offered a loaner vehicle or a rental through their on-site Hertz agency, to accommodate my lack of a vehicle. It wasn't until I involved my son, who escalated to Service Manager, Chris, and expressed frustration with Campbell's attitude and lack of a loaner/rentar car. After 12 days, I finally received the car and a $1,650 bill, which was far less than Cambell's initial quote. More
