Sorry to write this but my experience for a simple 1st Service for a new car was disappointing. Initially, I received numerous emails to schedule an appt. in Feb. I did, and when I arrived, was told tha Service for a new car was disappointing. Initially, I received numerous emails to schedule an appt. in Feb. I did, and when I arrived, was told that it was too soon, the car was not yet 1 year old. Wasted trip. I then scheduled an appt. for May, and told them I would wait, since the service required only took 1 hour. I arrived, they recommended a wheel rotation and alignment. They kept telling me it would be ready shortly. Nearly 3 hours later, I paid and left. I was not happy and explained this to my service rep. Not much of a response. More

I took the car this morning, since it was the second time, that I had problems with the module that controls eps, rearview mirror neutral, first they told me that I had to leave the car, to check it and time, that I had problems with the module that controls eps, rearview mirror neutral, first they told me that I had to leave the car, to check it and they don't have a spare car being this a lease, at such insistence, with the manager, after 4 hours, of being at the dealer, they call me and tell me that the car underneath has a physical blow, which is not covered by the guarantee, they had to be a diagnosis at 220 dollars an hour and then they gave me an estimate and these costs, I had to pay for it, I mean it is a total lack of respect, I have not had an accident and now they say that the car has a physical blow, in the end I'm leaving the dealer with the car unfixed. It is a total lack of respect! More
