Atrocious, unprofessional, unethical, unreliable, rude. ..and more. If not for the service manager who was the total opposite, polite and sincerely apologetic and did the right thing to us (after having the ..and more. They are nothing but thieves who pray on women who are looking for a dependable car to drive. Another thing, DO NOT BUY A Mercedes Benz GLB-250. This car has spent more time getting fixed in the service department than on my driveway. I feel I purchased a toy car made by my son with LED lights. The GLB-250 is of poor quality and cheap materials even the plastic is terribly bad. Mercedes Benz are supposed to be a luxury brand, but NO…I honestly believe they are making them in China Town. One last thing, forget about the service manager, or their customer service staff. I think they suffer from memory loss or amnesia because they always forget to return calls or follow up on anything. So if you are looking to buy a MERCEDES BENZ GLB-250 STOP, READ THIS AND KEEP IN MIND THE FOLLOWING: THE A/C DOES NOT WORK, THE ACCELERATOR IS FAULTY AND MIGHT BE REPLACE RIGHT AFTER PURCHASE, THE BATTERY DOESN’T LAST LONG (NEEDS TO BE REPLACE AS WELL SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASE-AND THIS IS NOT AN ELECTRIC CAR), THE VEHICLE WILL CHANGE DIRECTION WITHOUT WARNING (THERE IS A RECALL ON THAT), ALL SENSORS FROM VOICE COMMAND TO THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM HAVE TO BE REPLACED ALSO BC THEY STOP WORKING SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASE…Like I mentioned before this car was assembled somewhere in China Town. GLB-250 = LEMON. It’s an expensive worth absolutely nothing (not even an argument with the service department) and even more expensive because you still have to pay for all the prepaid services since you were scammed into paying for things they won’t honor. Unfortunately “You are stuck” because you still have to get them done. It’s frustrating and yet you must pay for them again and again and again (like replacing tires, brakes, etc…things you had already paid for…) STAY AWAY FROM THESE WHITE COLORED THIEVES. AVOID BEING SCAMMED. DO NOT PURCHASE A MERCEDES BENZ BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE. BUY A CHEAP CAR BECAUSE AT LEAST THAT WAY YOU KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT!!! More
