First of all I am a Mercedes Benz customer from 1998. Since December 12th, 2022 as of today 02/22/2023, I still waiting for a part for my car. Communications with service depart is really poor, I make multiples phone calls to know the status of my car, and I only received two calls back . After multiples calls I ask for the manager and he send me a message with the operator, that he was with another customer, but I never received a call back from him. My lease finished on 02/01/ 2023 and as of today I really do not know what I am going to do, My intention was to buy my Mercedes Benz A220W but now who can guarantee that it is in a good condition, or what type a warranty they are supposed to give me. More

Communication during my entire experience was unexceptional and could use some improvement. I scheduled a tire change weeks in advance and wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed t unexceptional and could use some improvement. I scheduled a tire change weeks in advance and wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed to order new tires and have a smooth process once my appointment arrived. I spoke with someone in the parts department and they told me all I'd need to do is call the day before and my tire would be ordered in time for the appointment. I called again 4 days prior to the appointment and they told me again to call the day before. Finally, the day before my appointment arrives and I am told I am unable to call in and order tires, I would need to speak with an advisor first and have the advisor order it. I express that I have been calling multiple times and not once was I told I needed an "advisor." So I ask to get in contact with an advisor and the parts department tells me there's no advisors available and transfers me to John is the service department. Somehow the service department tells me my appointment is scheduled as a battery change even though I never made any mention of changing my battery. John tells me again that there's no advisor available and his manager Orlando will order me the tires and call me when the order is made. The entire afternoon goes by without a phone call so I call back myself and once again get bounced around from service to parts to another department. Finally I get in touch with Orlando who says he ordered the specific tire. The next day arrives and I get to my appointment and meet with Rey. Once again they are under the assumption that I'm here for a battery change eventhough I've told them numerous times I need tires and went through that entire ordeal. Rey is unaware that I ordered tires and I have to search out Orlando to confirm that I did in fact order a specific set of tires. Orlando then tells me that the specific set of tires we confirmed on the phone was unavailable so he had to order a different type from the same brand. I would have appreciated if he would have told me this beforehand in case I needed to search that specific tire at a different location. Ultimately the tires did get change but it was overall exhausting to jump through so many hoops to get what seemed like a simple process done. More
