Service center associate Yasmany lacks customer service. I started with Yasmany and a different guy sent a text to pick up my car. I called to get transportation to pick up my car and was told that the service advisor and the service manager is busy.The receptionist said there was no one to provide a link for an Uber. I recommend going elsewhere for vehicle service, not Mercedes Pembroke Pines. More

The service "advisor" tried to sell me a service I very clearly did not need, and when I brought it up (he had my service history directly in front of him and myself), he had no choice but to agree with me and say there was no need for a service. Clear scam trying to take advantage of women who are likely to be less knowledgable of this industry. Didn't take any industry knowledge to have common sense to ask why he was saying I needed a $500 10k mile service when directly on his computer it said I was not due till 4 months from now or 6K more miles. Go to a local mom and pop shop, they will take MUCH better care of you than this place. More
The most unpleasant experience ever. My 11 am appointment was delayed until 11:45 am, the person supposed to check me in was nowhere to be found, so someone else had to assist me. After my car was finished, I was told to wait for a car wash, which took several hours. Eventually, I found out that the service had closed and I had to come back the next day to pick up my car, without any prior notification. I observed employees arguing loudly with each other, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I have no intention of returning to this dealership. Additionally, the Service B package costs $1600, which seems quite steep. I would expect better customer service and professionalism for that price. More
I brought my 2013 MB E350 to Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines for the replacement of motor and transmission mounts on December 26, 2023. What should have been a two-hour job ended up taking nearly two months. Throughout this time, there was a lack of communication regarding the progress of the work. Each time I called for an update, I was told it would be completed "this week." Growing frustrated with the lack of transparency, I requested to speak with the service department director. Finally, my car was completed on February 16th. However, upon returning home, I discovered scratches and dents on the top of my car that were not present before. When I raised this issue with the service manager, Orlando Dominguez, he refused to accept responsibility, citing unclear pictures taken by the service advisor upon receiving the car. His response was dismissive, stating, "If you don’t like the way you’re being treated, service your car somewhere else." Overall, my experience with Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines has been deeply disappointing. The prolonged delay in completing the service, along with poor communication and a lack of accountability for damages incurred during the process, leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service and satisfaction. I purchased my car at this Mercedes Dealership and have always had the best experience! Recently took my car in for service and drop off was an easy and swift process. I was treated with respect and receiv always had the best experience! Recently took my car in for service and drop off was an easy and swift process. I was treated with respect and received great service. They called me to pickup my car the same day and even offered transportation in the case that I didn't have any. Car was returned with all issues resolved and car-washed on the inside and outside as well, I truly appreciated that! Excellent experience. More
