Rude and inconsiderate staff. Victor, one of their Service Advisors was professional and helpful as we were waiting for our 2024 Mercedes to complete the service process. However, their staff members handing loaner vehicles were very inconsiderate toward my wife and left us with a bad impression of the Auto Nation and Mercedes brand. Additionally, they added an expensive paint protection package on the purchase of my wife's vehicle without her consent. More

Service center associate Yasmany lacks customer service. I started with Yasmany and a different guy sent a text to pick up my car. I called to get transportation to pick up my car and was told that the service advisor and the service manager is busy.The receptionist said there was no one to provide a link for an Uber. I recommend going elsewhere for vehicle service, not Mercedes Pembroke Pines. More

The service "advisor" tried to sell me a service I very clearly did not need, and when I brought it up (he had my service history directly in front of him and myself), he had no choice but to agree with me and say there was no need for a service. Clear scam trying to take advantage of women who are likely to be less knowledgable of this industry. Didn't take any industry knowledge to have common sense to ask why he was saying I needed a $500 10k mile service when directly on his computer it said I was not due till 4 months from now or 6K more miles. Go to a local mom and pop shop, they will take MUCH better care of you than this place. More
The most unpleasant experience ever. My 11 am appointment was delayed until 11:45 am, the person supposed to check me in was nowhere to be found, so someone else had to assist me. After my car was finished, I was told to wait for a car wash, which took several hours. Eventually, I found out that the service had closed and I had to come back the next day to pick up my car, without any prior notification. I observed employees arguing loudly with each other, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I have no intention of returning to this dealership. Additionally, the Service B package costs $1600, which seems quite steep. I would expect better customer service and professionalism for that price. More
