This is the 3rd time I visit the service department, is always 30 minutes just drop off the car. Car is great, but service is not up to par. Excellent Service Roberto the service mechanic identified an axle crack and pulsation/vibration due to back rotor defect. STAY AWAY!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPT. Shameful!! I had a scheduled appointment for my 10,000 mi at 3:00pm (Mercedes Pembroke Pines)... I arrived 2:50 to be respectful of my service adviso Shameful!! I had a scheduled appointment for my 10,000 mi at 3:00pm (Mercedes Pembroke Pines)... I arrived 2:50 to be respectful of my service advisor's time (Pedro Rodriguez) ... He told me to wait in the waiting area and he would be right with me.. 30 minutes LATER.. Still nothing... No one addressed me or even took my keys or information, my car sat aimlessly in the driveway as I did in the waiting area!! One would think your service and communication would be on a different level when dealing with Mercedes... Sadly Not... I left the dealership without any car service or customer service... I waited till the end of the evening to see if Mr. Rodriguez or anyone else from Mercedes would contact me to address the situation. Sadly Not... (so much for express service) ... STAY AWAY. The worst Mercedes Dealership in Florida. I have owned 14 Mercedes Benz vehicles. This dealership has the worst customer service. The worst sales department and they took no responsibility w I have owned 14 Mercedes Benz vehicles. This dealership has the worst customer service. The worst sales department and they took no responsibility with putting my wife’s SAFETY in jeopardy. The service manager is concerned with covering is behind and is only concerned with the bottom line. The General Manager Bert Martinez is unresponsive to calls an emails until AutoNation corporate gets involved. The Fort Lauderdale Dealership cleaned up their mess and did so knowing full well that it was only to take care of the customer and make thing right. Something that Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines does not comprehend. 4 times I have walked into that dealership since moving to Broward County and every time I walk out wondering how Mercedes lets them keep this dealership. STAY AWAY. More

Tried to get us to pay for services not needed We needed an oil change for our 2013 GL 450. Service advisor called us and said we needed 2 rear tires, cost over $700, alignment, over $200, and bra We needed an oil change for our 2013 GL 450. Service advisor called us and said we needed 2 rear tires, cost over $700, alignment, over $200, and brake pads and rotors, over $900. Since I had just put 2 new tires on the front 3 weeks ago and had it aligned I knew something was fishy. I also knew the back tires were ok because I measured them myself! We has a mechanic look at our brakes and rotors. 80% in the back and 60% in the front. No problems! To say they were going to rip me off is an understatement. Beware as car sales must be soft! More
