Terrible experience. I inquired about a Mazda CX-9 online. I informed the person I was chatting with that I wanted to TRADE my car in for the Mazda. She said she would forward that info to the sales r online. I informed the person I was chatting with that I wanted to TRADE my car in for the Mazda. She said she would forward that info to the sales rep. The rep contacted me about when was best for me to come look at the vehicle and we agreed on a day and time. Got there, he pulled the vehicle around let us look at it. Got inside and he asked if I wanted a new tag or to keep mine so I’m like I’m hhiinf to keep mine. So he took my license and made a copy and came back over and asked how was I getting my car home? I said “what do u mean?” He said well if ur putting the tag on the new car how will u get the old car home? I told him it’s a trade. I’m not purchasing a second vehicle. He said “oh well u should’ve said that when u walked in” and his demeanor and attitude quickly changed. He acted like I was a bother to him. He went out and appraised my car and said I can’t get anything for it. My car is a 2015. It’s definitely worth something even if it is a trade. He told me “if ur not putting at least $6,000 down for the Mazda I can’t help u” $6,000 is RIDICULOUS! Especially for a trade. That’s a Mazda! I wasn’t looking at Mercedes. I came there for a Mazda! He didn’t want to help me at all after that. He gave me my key and told me my car is parked on the other side of the building, turned around and walked away. To be honest, I feel like he told me $6,000 because he did not want to deal with me trading my car in for that one. That was his way of telling me to leave. Terrible! More

Was trying to wait until all the issues were resolved before reviewing this dealership anywhere, but my patience has run out. After-sale customer service has been abysmal. They're very quick to reach out before reviewing this dealership anywhere, but my patience has run out. After-sale customer service has been abysmal. They're very quick to reach out and ask about getting their perfect review to MB Corporate, but not when the customer actually needs assistance. Been going back and forth with this dealership for three weeks after my temporary registration/plate has expired and have gotten no where. I've spoken to my salesman, the sales manager, the finance manager and still have a car that's illegal to drive. Been told multiple times a new temporary tag was being overnighted to me and I still have nothing. I guess expecting any sort of customer service after dropping $95k on a new Mercedes was too much to ask. Feel like I'm getting the run around at a Kia dealership. More
My 1st service & Mercedes experience, vehicle showed service was due & I scheduled it. When I dropped off, after 1 hour, Dealer advised it wasn't needed for another 1,500 miles. I expected at least fo service was due & I scheduled it. When I dropped off, after 1 hour, Dealer advised it wasn't needed for another 1,500 miles. I expected at least for my troubles they'd return the car washed (takes them 5 min. in their carwash) but no such service. BMW service always returned my car washed. Expected more from Mercedes. More
At first, the dealership seems like they value you and your business, however, that is not the case after your purchase. It is clear this location gives 0 attention to customer problems after you have giv your business, however, that is not the case after your purchase. It is clear this location gives 0 attention to customer problems after you have given them your money. My 2021 Mercedes had issues with a tire that I tried to fix myself for the first TWO weeks of having it at home. After discovering it was a manufacture defect on the tire, EVERY SINGLE person I turned to for help has given me excuses and stories as to why they CAN NOT help. Instead of offering alternative solutions, they will simply just turn you away. If you're looking for a place to conduct repetitive business at - then STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. More
I bought a used AutoNation Pembroke Pines vehicle last March and had it delivered to South Pasadena, FL. Upon arrival, it was missing a rear floor mat, had more road rash on wheels than expected and the b March and had it delivered to South Pasadena, FL. Upon arrival, it was missing a rear floor mat, had more road rash on wheels than expected and the brakes were squeaky. I asked for a copy of the 125 pt check under the AutoNation Certified Vehicle program. To date, it has yet to be provided. The car went into summer storage in May when we flew back to Minnesota for the summer months. Returning a little over a week ago, the A/C went out and I was told by AutoNation Lincoln Clearwater that I also needed a tune-up and a power steering fluid flush. Miles driven since ownership is now only 830 miles but I am beyond the 90 day warranty period because it was in storage for at 45 days of the warranty period. I just spent $1382.84 for A/C work and some valve replacement at AutoNation’s Lincoln store in Clearwater. This is the most disappointing - lemon of a car - purchase in my 64 years of life and, sadly, it really shouldn’t be this way - especially from a huge 25,000 employee dealership of AutoNation. I keep thinking that because I bought online, they could care less about my satisfaction. Unfortunately, AutoNation Pembroke Pines Mercedes lack of interest in my satisfaction is leaving me with a very negative opinion of the AutoNation marque. If you are buying a used car from them, make sure you obtain a copy of their 125 pt check before buying. You may need it. More
Horrible service and service manager The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional service personnel especially Gonzalo who called himself service manager. Rudest manager The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional service personnel especially Gonzalo who called himself service manager. Rudest manager I have ever dealt with anywhere. He thinks he owns the place. He raised his voice. I have ran quite a few businesses and if any of my managers ever treated the customer with disrespect, they would be gone. Will never ever go back to this place again. Reported him to MBUSA and my unresolved issue. More

Even thought they said the expiration date was in the contract, a communication email that was all needed to take place to notify customer or even a phone call. Very disappointing of dealership. I will not be leasing from them again, the lack of communication is unacceptable. Don't recommend dealer. The services department and sales great, but Financial department horrible. More
