I needed my tire changed so the service guy helping me said they can only put run flat tires on my car. Under the impression that was the only solution I told him to replace it. After we were wrapping up said they can only put run flat tires on my car. Under the impression that was the only solution I told him to replace it. After we were wrapping up he said the reasoning is that if I get a blown tire I would need to get a tow truck meaning I could have put whatever tire I wanted, but instead ended up paying almost double because I was lied to. I won’t be getting my service done at this dealership because now I can’t trust what they tell me. More

I had interacted with the Ft Lauderdale location and wasn't happy with my experience. I went to Pembroke Pines and Larry was very cordial and helpful. He was very responsive.
