Our initial service associate, Campbell, provided the worst service I've experienced in my entire life. To make matters worse, he said they wouldn't even inspect my vehicle for a few more days. Meanwhile, he never offered a loaner vehicle or a rental through their on-site Hertz agency, to accommodate my lack of a vehicle. It wasn't until I involved my son, who escalated to Service Manager, Chris, and expressed frustration with Campbell's attitude and lack of a loaner/rentar car. After 12 days, I finally received the car and a $1,650 bill, which was far less than Cambell's initial quote. More
