Appointment was 11:30 AM with a Charles Campbell. Arrived to find he was not the designated service person, although I got several confirmations from him. At 12:00 my service person informed me that my car wouldn't be ready for several hours (not the one to two hours I was told beforehand). They did provide an Uber service to take me home. I live about five minutes from Mercedes Benz). They couldn't provide someone to pick me up on completion, as that was not part of their service, but car wasn't ready until 5;00, so basically my car was there for five and a half hours!
