I can honestly say that the experience my wife and I had at Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines was unlike (in a positive way) we have had at any other dealership. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Moises Cisneros, who not only became our salesman, but our point of contact throughout the entire purchase process. As everyone already knows, purchasing a new vehicle during these times is entirely different than before. Took the C63 in for a repair that MBUSA was helping me with, the service was great. Pedro the service writer kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle and made sure that the issue was resolved corre with, the service was great.
