I took the car this morning, since it was the second time, that I had problems with the module that controls eps, rearview mirror neutral, first they told me that I had to leave the car, to check it and time, that I had problems with the module that controls eps, rearview mirror neutral, first they told me that I had to leave the car, to check it and they don't have a spare car being this a lease, at such insistence, with the manager, after 4 hours, of being at the dealer, they call me and tell me that the car underneath has a physical blow, which is not covered by the guarantee, they had to be a diagnosis at 220 dollars an hour and then they gave me an estimate and these costs, I had to pay for it, I mean it is a total lack of respect, I have not had an accident and now they say that the car has a physical blow, in the end I'm leaving the dealer with the car unfixed. It is a total lack of respect! More

Went for a run flat tire and it took a week to receive a call. When going to pick up the car the tired was still not fix still had the old tire. They only fix a recall gas smell coming from the air vents m call. When going to pick up the car the tired was still not fix still had the old tire. They only fix a recall gas smell coming from the air vents message but never tire. All this time I was without a car because they did not have loaners. The car was also licking oil, service advisor told me that he could fix that if I made an oil change which was almost $300.00 when I asked why was that not covered with warranty he indicated that because I mentioned that a mechanic friend of mine check the car and told me what was the problem and advise to take to the dealer that that made me loose the warranty. Obviously he wanted the oil change commission. The only good service received was from the manager Mr.Tai (apologized as I don’t recall how his last mame is spelled ) who got everything corrected and gave excellent service after I complained about the service advisor and the repairs. More
