The most unpleasant experience ever. My 11 am appointment was delayed until 11:45 am, the person supposed to check me in was nowhere to be found, so someone else had to assist me. Eventually, I found out that the service had closed and I had to come back the next day to pick up my car, without any prior notification. I observed employees arguing loudly with each other, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I have no intention of returning to this dealership. Additionally, the Service B package costs $1600, which seems quite steep. I would expect better customer service and professionalism for that price. More
