Scam artists, the whole lot. Stay away from this place for your own good. Took my 2004 E500 for a c-service - which is an A + B service. Walked out of there $1900 poorer with serveral fault codes still no for your own good. Took my 2004 E500 for a c-service - which is an A + B service. Walked out of there $1900 poorer with serveral fault codes still not fixed. The B service they eventually did you can get at MBenz Morristown or Greenwich for $460. They claim they look at the fault codes on your instrument cluster to decide what to do. Thats just a scam. Most or all of the work they quoted me individually - you can get at any decent MB dealership for a flat rate. They try to get at you by quoting individual charges for your oil service, brake inspection/fluid, dust/air filter and even a general check of other items e.g. axle, throttle they bill you separately for. By the time they tote it up you're well over $1,000 not including recommended work. They completely cleaned me out. Went to morristown a week later with Wife's GL and walked out a happier man after paying $470 for my B service. do not make the same mistake I made. They are scammers. Unlike every other MB dealer in the area, they will not quote a flat-rate for service. They get you in and then scam you by itemizing each check and billing your separately. On top of the $1900 I paid them, the service advisor had the nerve to charge me $25 for a coolant cap (which had been corroded)...perhaps it should have been completementary. But no, they want every penny of your hard -earned dollars. I called them and asked why they're the only dealer in the area operating like this....crickets....no answer. Just fudging...and telling me how every other benz dealer in NJ must be wrong and they're right. More

I did send the email today Friday, March 9, 2012, at appx 10am, to replace the right parking lamp light bulb (burned out) and got no response via email. At 2:15pm, did call for the same service and customer 10am, to replace the right parking lamp light bulb (burned out) and got no response via email. At 2:15pm, did call for the same service and customer representative notified me that I need to make schedule for this service and the next appointment available on Saturday, March 10, 2012. In addition representative told me this service also will cost me the labor and parts. I then did call another MB dealer Benzel and Busch in Englewood, NJ. The Service representative told me I do not require any appointment for to replace only light bulb and I only have to pay for the light bulb and there will be no labor charges for this service. I think why I should go to Prestige for any kind of service while there are better dealers around. From the ease of obtaining a loaner vehicle to the explanations of what my vehicle needs and should have done, the communication is excellent. Even the prices of normal and not-so-normal repairs are reasonable. I love to send people to this dealership because it is such a stark difference from how people are normally treated as a "customer". Prestige truly makes you feels like a client and member of their dealership. My only regret is that I already owned my Mercedes when I discovered Prestige MB, but it is the only place I will purchase my next vehicle. Thanks Jon and Prestige and keep up the good work!
