I went in for service on my old vehicle. Once I received the estimate for the repairs, I knew it was time to move into a newer model rather than pay for the necessary replacement parts and service. Rui, who had always been a great service representative, referred me to Falgun to see if they could get me our of my old car and into something new at a reasonable price. Sure enough Falgun put together a terrific offer for me, which I gladly accepted. Every person I have ever dealt with at this dealership has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the way they turned a negative (old vehicle with lots of work needed) to a positive (brand new car at a reasonable price). More

Richard Lombardi made sure our truck was well taken care of (routine mantenence plus some warrantee repairs), it was finished when promised, clean and everything working fine. I purchased a demo/loaner in January 2012. In July of 2012, I took my vehicle to vehicle to be serviced, and made contact with Rich Lombardi. It was a small, cosmetic cover located under the right rear axle, and although it served no real purpose except to protect the steel under the vehicle, it fell off. My wife took it back and met with Rich Lombardi who said it really wasn't that important, but that he would contact us and try to have ti covered under warranty. We took the car home. He never contacted us. I called repeatedly and he still did not call back. After two weeks I finally reached him, and he reiterated that it was not that important but that he would see if he could get it covered under warranty. As of this date he has yet to contact us, and the part still remains in the trunk of our car. I do not think I would recommend this dealership to anyone since the replacement of a simple, small part could not be resolved. More
Of all the car dealerships that I have dealt with in New Jersey, Prestige Motors is by far the best. Mike was very personable, and informative. He had answers to all my questions. When we came to get the car, and a bad tire valve had left the car with a flat that we didn't have when we dropped it answers to all my questions. When we came to get the car, and a bad tire valve had left the car with a flat that we didn't have when we dropped it off, Mike was very apologetic, and said that they would get it taken care of right away at no charge. Unfortunate things like that don't usually happen at the most opportune times. In this case, at the dealership was far luckier than out on the road, and I was greatful for that. Mike made the right call, and made me feel confident that his goal was not only to make it right, but to make it as painless as possible. We went out to run an errand, and he called us as were on our way back to the dealership, to say the car was ready and waiting for us in the service lane. It was our second encounter with the service department, which put a remote start in the car for us about 2 weeks after we bought it. That time they provided us with a same-model loaner car. This time I let him know that we didn't need a loaner, even though he offered, and had one ready. This was the first scheduled service since buying the car last December, and I'm quite happy with the professionalism of Mike, and the service department in both experiences. My comment about the price being good, rather than great, is just because I'm used to owning Japanese or American cars, which don't cost as much to service, but they also don't compare with a Mercedes. Annie and I are very happy with her C300. It's our first Mercedes, but definitely not our last. Please make a pickup truck! I'll buy one right now! Thanks for the good job. More
My car made unusual noises so I took it in without an appointment. Although there was already a big crowd there for various repairs they took my car for an evaluation, gave me a loaner car and were fini appointment. I purchased my car in July 2012 from Marty Hasher. Marty is wonderful to work with. He is courteous, knowledgable, helpful, and is easy to work with. Someone backed into the passenger side of my car and did damage. I called Marty and met him at Prestige and he walked me to and introduced me to Dominic Gramuglia. I thought that was very nice. Dominic was very helpful every step of the way with the repair/body work necessary to return the car's original look and function. He is courteous,responsive, and knowledgable and made me feel comfortable knowing that he was overseeing the proper repair of my car.
