Well that was a surprise ! Massive flat on Rt 80 west by Lodi on my way to exit 18 on the NY Thruway. MASSIVE. Tire exploded after I ran over something big I couldnt avoid. I got to the shoulder safely (Thanks ML 350!) and called AAA because no way was I going to stick my butt out onto 80W to change my tire. Good thing too because the donut was flat from lack of use (top tip: check that puppy every time you change your oil!). So, on my way was this dealership, Prestige, in Paramus. Because I wasnt going to drive for 90 minutes on the Thruway on a donut... I pulled into the service area with no warning to them, with no appointment, right after lunch, in the middle of the week. They were very busy, as you may expect. I walked up to the counter, and I was stunned at the willingness to help me immediately, bc I was *going* somewhere on a time schedule and needed to get in and out. Also, the speed of the service itself, and the overall friendliness of all parties concerned was great - esp. a lovely lass by the name of Jocelyn Vincent. She somehow managed to bump me up to the front of the line. The price was not great for all this - it is dealership pricing after all, but I knew I was getting the right tire, properly installed, for my vehicle. IN ABOUT AN HOUR. Overall - an amazingly positive experience. (NB: They have a nice waiting room, free wifi, and a beverage station. Place was spotless. Quiet showroom floor with some seating areas for privacy. Of course, they do discriminate against tea drinkers...only water and coffee! COME ON!) More

She took my car right into the shop added some air and brought my car back. I was very happy with the service and attention. I would definitely recommend the dealership More

The ruined my car, and lied about it! It is a long story, but my e class with only 47,000 miles (it a 2008) on it and under warrantee was brought to Prestige for a squeak in the front of t It is a long story, but my e class with only 47,000 miles (it a 2008) on it and under warrantee was brought to Prestige for a squeak in the front of the car when going over bumps, it turned out to be the front two struts, when I picked up the car about a week later, (they had to order the parts), I went on the highway and noticed red lights on the dash lighting up and hard to turn, I returned the care back to the service area, they gave me another loaner, and said they would check it out. If turned out that the car had server frame damage on the bottom of the car and accused me of doing it. It was unbelievable that they were accusing me of such a accident when I just had picked up the car. I have friends is the car business and they be leave that the car fell off the lift and was damaged. They agreed to repair it for free, then when it was brought home the command center (Navigation System) would not turn when the key was taken out, you had to manually turn it off even though the key was take out. Prestige could not fix it, I am now getting another dealer involved to fix it , thus far no deal and they are not able to fix it. I would never bring my car to prestige for service, they are to big and the manager of the service department is rude, condescending and should be replaced Roger Pittman is his name. They tried to pin there screw up on me and customer that had bought 4 Mercedes Benz Cars. More
A dealership that cares about their customers! I recently leased an E550 Cabriolet from Prestige in January. Although there were some bumps in the road with a coolant leak, Prestige went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. The General Manager Bob Crolic, Sales Manager David Cuesta and Service Manager Roger Pittman took time to make sure all issues were addressed and taken care of. My service advisor Brian Banium was also a pleasure to deal with and provided me with a loaner car while my car was in service! I truly commend Prestige for going to extra mile to make sure my vehicle was properly taken care of. I love my car and I look forward to getting another Mercedes Benz from Prestige in the future. The tire light went on right after we left the dealership and the car was not level. We returned the vehicle for service a second time and were told that the suspension needed major repairs and the tire had a nail in it. Both issues and other repairs were completed after a week and on our way back home the tire symbol came back on as the tire still was underinflated . I called the dealership and left a message but didn't receive a return call. I also emailed without an answer. were still waiting for a response. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from prestige Mercedes. we expected better from this highly regarded dealer More
We actually went to this M-B dealership to pick up our Mercedes SUV that had been serviced. It was an older car and we were looking at even more expense down the road. This dealership is new and beautif Mercedes SUV that had been serviced. It was an older car and we were looking at even more expense down the road. This dealership is new and beautiful and the cars are displayed wonderfully. It's easy to fall under the M-B spell. We decided to turn in the old SUV and lease a C 300 which fits our lifestyle now. Our dealer, Joe Melso, patiently answered our numerous questions. A number of people from the dealership called to make sure everything was fine with the car. We've had the car almost a month and we are very satisfied. More
This is my 3rd Mercedes from Prestige. I see lots of reviews about new sales experiences. Most customers are obviusly happy when they get a new car. However, for me the rubber hits the road when its months or years after the point of sale and your vehicle needs servicing! My last service experience was Michael Markiewicz and it was wonderful! He was honest, informative and responsive in addressing my vehicle issues and meeting all my expectations. Michael is also a story book example of how the Prestige family develops and grows their staff and their engagement comes through in how they treat their customers. Michael Markiewicz was a Prestige Motors service technician promoted to service advisor. He has stepped into his new role and doing a great job! Thank you Prestige & Michael!! More
