Recently I have had the pleasure of working with Chris Furbacher and I have to say that he is the absolute best to deal with. He is honest and takes the time to thoroughly explain to you what needs to be done to your car. He always calls me back and responds to my inquires in a matter of minutes. As a woman who does not know that much about the workings of a car, I completely trust him and his recommendations. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy service advisor to take care of your car, make sure you book an appointment with Chris!!! More

Great experience at Prestige!. My '09 ML 320 BluTec was purchased as a CPO from Prestige 4 years ago. There were some initial issues related to the turbo (not welcomed by me but wha My '09 ML 320 BluTec was purchased as a CPO from Prestige 4 years ago. There were some initial issues related to the turbo (not welcomed by me but what vehicle hasn't had a problem). The required repairs were completed promptly and competently. Steve Eliert is the service rep that I most deal with and he is a true car guy and customer advocate. I've had the opportunity to also interface with the tech who was working on the car and while the hourly rate is not cheap, you pay for the expertise of someone who has seen your issue numerous times and, most importantly, knows how to fix it. You roll the dice with an independent shop unless they specialize on MBs and have years of experience with your model. I looked at the tenure of the service tech staff at Prestige before buying my MB- it was impressive. My recent "A" service last week along with several repairs after 100K miles of satisfied driving and towing was another good experience - from Steve to Martin (Parts) to the accounts payable desk- all were a pleasure to deal with. I hope to continue driving the ML for several hundred thousand more miles with their help. Thanks, Steve and to all the staff I met last Friday- Merry Christmas/Happy Hanukkah Nigel More
Never again made phone call to schedule drop of, arrived at service center, explained what it needs to be done. Then other request i made waited till next day from him to provide quote with not good axplanation what are additional charges! And not to forget that if i dont replace muffler bracket for astonishing $250.00 biger damage will occur, this is not a language to talk to a client that service vehicle at Prestige Rear door does not lock with remote neither interior light, i suggested that it can be Sam sensor, he keept saying it is lock issue, o not to forget that my windshield has a crack i asked how much would cost and received answer about $1.300.00 than later droped to about $900.00 How can i trust that it is a fair price. Fortunatelly i told him to leave it alone. I will pick up my Sprinter tomorrow and that will be my last visit to Prestige. More

During that time I have had a number of service advisers work with me on my vehicles. Maria is by far the most conscientious, courteous, and personable service adviser that I have met to date. She remains in communication with me regarding my service issues and is a real addition to the Prestige team in Paramus. I am not one to write reviews such as this, and in fact have done so on this site in the past but I felt she stands out above the many others at the dealership and truly does deserve the praise. BE WARY !!!! SERVICE GOING DOWNHILL FAST AT MY LAST SERVICE LAST MONTH ADVISOR TRIED TO SLAM MY EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY. I SPOKE WITH MY EXT. WTY COMPANY TWICE BEFORE THE ADVISOR EVEN CALL AT MY LAST SERVICE LAST MONTH ADVISOR TRIED TO SLAM MY EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY. I SPOKE WITH MY EXT. WTY COMPANY TWICE BEFORE THE ADVISOR EVEN CALLED ME. ADVISOR KEPT CHANGING STORY, VEHICLES NEEDS AND RECOMMENDATIONS. HE THEN WROTE A REPAIR ORDER THAT STATED THAT I DENIED RECOMMENDED WORK THAT HE NEVER EVEN DISCUSSED. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP CAR HE HAD BILLED ME TWICE FOR THE SAME LABOR TO THE TUNE OF $300.00. WHEN THE SERVICE DIRECTOR INITIATED A FOLLOWUP WITH ME VIA EMAIL I ANSWERED HIM WITH MY ISSUES AND CONCERNS AS THIS WAS MY FIRST SUCH EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IN 5-YEARS OF SEERVICE. !!!!! GOT NO RESPONSE!!!! THEY PROMISED THE FACTORY TO GET BACK TO ME AND STILL HAVE NOT. ALSO, TRIED CONTACTING THE GENERAL MANAGER AND NO RESPONSE FROM HIM EITHER. BE VERY WARY THEIR ONLY SAVING GRACE IS THEIR SERVICE DRIVE MANAGER WHO IS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL, CONSIDERATE AND RESPECTFUL. More
Very dishonest and very disappointing While the Mercedes product is solid, this is not where you want to buy or have your vehicle serviced. I bought a certified pre-owned C300 from this d While the Mercedes product is solid, this is not where you want to buy or have your vehicle serviced. I bought a certified pre-owned C300 from this dealership. My front bumper kept coming loose and didn't look right. They fixed it twice, trying to tell me it came off when I had my car washed (not unless it was put on with bubble gum, I am pretty sure bumpers are supposed to be secured). THEN - I went too close to a belgium block and scraped the undercarriage - now the bumper was hanging off and there was no repairing it. They told me it would cost me $2600 to fix and they were "willing to fix the light for free and a good gesture" * side note, when I actually had the bumper fixed by a reputable repair shop, they told me the light was just out of the socket, not broken, and that was evident from first blush, even before taking off the old bumper*. So - I took it to Nash Auto in Clifton (VERY honest people). They told me and showed me - the bumper had been put back on a number of times with gobs of glue and mismatched phillips screws (seriously?, they were supposed to be clips), and some areas were NOT even attached. They also showed me there had been obvious evidence the car had been in a front end collision. When I had prior asked for all the records of the vehicle from Pretige months prior I was met with "NO! You were given what you needed before you bought the car". Soooo stinkin shady and dishonest. Its just disappointing because Mercedes is a good product, but this dealership is what I would expect from a used car dealership near the airport :( Oh and btw - Nash put on a BRAND new bumper and painted it for $1600 - a thousand less! More
