Fooling Innocent People They advertise that Prestige MB Paramus, NJ has a state of the technology Body Shop for repairs and maintenance. Realistically they don't have a body They advertise that Prestige MB Paramus, NJ has a state of the technology Body Shop for repairs and maintenance. Realistically they don't have a body shop on premises or off premises. They sub contract our luxury vehicles to Cheap Local mechanics and body shops, doing a Non Mercedes Benz quality repairs and charging you tremendously high amount for cheap repairs. Hopefully someone will take action and bring the facts to NJ Attorney General's office so the State can do something about it. The repaired my new vehicle in 2.5 months, I bring the car back to them at least a dozen times but nobody cares. They're only a money making machines and that's it. Richard Lombardi is the worst to deal with. Not to mention I've bought numerous brand new vehicles from the dealership over the past 20 years or so. I guess, No more business for me!!! CUSTOMER CARE I brought my vehicle in with several service issues. From the moment I was greeted at the door I was treated with tremendous respect and courtesy. My service advisor Monte made sure to contact me and update me throughout the day as to the status of my vehicle. I was provided with a brand new GLE loaner which made the day much easier. Bad experience on multiple occassions I've already purchased 2 MBs from this dealership. Car purchases have been good but the service center has really gone down the hill the past few yea I've already purchased 2 MBs from this dealership. Car purchases have been good but the service center has really gone down the hill the past few years. There have been a few occassions when I left my car to be serviced and it was returned to me dirty, messy, including dirty fingerprints on the interior of the car when they weren't there before. A couple of months ago I even had a situation when someone refilled oil in my car and failed to tighten up the cap, before closing the hood. I was on the highway when smoke started coming out and I had to return to the dealership, under dangerous circumstances, to have them fix the problem. It's come to the point that I am anxious when I leave my car to be serviced, especially when I'm there to pick it up, not sure what condition I'll find it in. Very disappointing for any car care center, let alone a luxury make like MB. More

Great Service Had some issue with my airbag(SRS alert). Even though the alert resolved they still found the problem. Car was deliver washed and vacuumed. Tire warranty I purchased 4 tires from prestige Mercedes, When I asked the service advisor about warranty he said all tires coming 1 year warranty. After 2 months m I purchased 4 tires from prestige Mercedes, When I asked the service advisor about warranty he said all tires coming 1 year warranty. I had my 2013 SL550 for service & warrenty items & they were terrific. My advisor Drew Wright was great. I must have called him several times a day for progress reports & he took every call and answered all my emails. I'm a pretty tough customer & they took very good care of me. It's the personal relationship I have w Drew Wright, Mike P & Richie Nelson that make servicing my car their a no brainer. The best part is picking up your car there in a timely fashion & it looking like it just came out of the showroom. All cleaned & shiny. Frank Nolan the service director is the best. He jumps in if needed & greets you when you walk into the service Dept. I buy my cars there mostly cause of the service dept. I'm usually there 3 times a month for a car wash & they always do a great job !! Kudos to Prestige Mercedes Benz Service Dept. You guys are the best Mike Klein More
