He was very patient in explaining to me what needed to be done and what was done. I bought the first of 4 cars from Prestige since 1974, and his professionalism impressed me the most. Cannot say the same thing for the new car sales center. I am interested in either the new 2018 GLC or E-Class as replacement. I find it very disturbing that there are no 2018 brochures available, and the receptionist was not even helpful. More
oil change service After a regular service check up last time, i found the hood was not completely closed. So had to go back to the service dept to close the hood. Tire Problem I came in with a tire problem related to hitting a pothole in the road and causing a "bubble" to rise on the side of the tire. I was greeted with the normal extreme courtesy and directed to the courtesy lounge after checking in. Given the fact that I was coming in without an appointment due to this emergency, I thought my wait was well within reason for the matter to be addressed. Fortunately, I have tire insurance which was used as the tire had multiple problems which were identified and I had not even noticed myself. A portion of my wait time was actually waiting for the insurance company to open and approve the replacement. I found my experience to be a typical pleasant visit to the Prestige service center. More

Outstanding Customer Service and Follow-up I recently had my GLC in for service and Monte Harris was the Service Advisor assigned. I found Monte to be a total professional in managing and coordinating the multiple issues that were being addressed. He was extremely detail oriented and provided excellent communication and updates while the work was in progress. Although service issues can be challenging at times for all concerned, Monte impressed me with his dedication and sincere efforts to ensure that all issues were completed in a timely manner. He is an exemplary example of a service advisor and a valuable asset to the Prestige Mercedes organization. I also greatly appreciate the efforts of Richie Nelson, Service Manager, who assigned Monte to address my issues. Richie has been extremely helpful In the past and has always been instrumental in providing outstanding service. More

Potentially.... Saved my life Had the metal brake lines fail on my `09 ML550 during the holidays. The dealership I normally go to had a recent fire and was not servicing vehicles. Had the metal brake lines fail on my `09 ML550 during the holidays. The dealership I normally go to had a recent fire and was not servicing vehicles. Prestige motors took my phone call with the understanding that I had a brake fluid warning. I took the risk and drove it there to learn that the brake line had corroded completely. They took my car in despite an overwhelming backup of other vehicles. Put me in a loaner and fixed the problem. Very happy with the service and treatment. However, when picking up my vehicle there was some foreign soot like debris on the top of my privacy screen in the rear. Uncertain what it was my service advisor called the service manager and He made the call to offer me a full interior detail. Well in picking up the car after the detail I could tell that only the privacy screen had been wiped clean as there was still residue of that soot like material on the fabric of the wall in the rear and as for any other interior detailing the same finger print and greasy film like smug was still on the center console and instruments. I didn't complain at the job of removing the soot was done. Would have been nice to have the interior detail done as promised... but happy none the less. More
