Fustrating I was given the wrong diagnosis and it took them weeks to repair a wheel, due to a pothole incident and then my tire caps were all damaged and one whi I was given the wrong diagnosis and it took them weeks to repair a wheel, due to a pothole incident and then my tire caps were all damaged and one which was not even involved looks like it came from a junk yard! Service loaner The last 3 times that I took my 2017 GLE 350 in for warranty work or service they have tried to give me a cla after I made a reservation and was told The last 3 times that I took my 2017 GLE 350 in for warranty work or service they have tried to give me a cla after I made a reservation and was told that I would get something equivalent in size or bigger. The last time I checked a cla was not a close match. I had to practically beg to get a c class which was still not big enough but would have to do for the 5 days that my car was going to be in the shop. It’s preatty frustrating that when I make the reservation they tell me not to worry and when I get there it’s a totally different story. More
