2-week long service i dropped off my car for 2 repairs: a seatbelt replacement and an A service. after 2 weeks, i picked up my car ready to undertake the road trip i pree i dropped off my car for 2 repairs: a seatbelt replacement and an A service. after 2 weeks, i picked up my car ready to undertake the road trip i preemptively serviced my car for. the next day, a service reminder informed me i was about 300 miles overdue. fortunately, the service manager was able to do the service the day of my trip and gave me a modest discount. however, i think i will go out of my way in the future to take my car to Keenan Motors in PA or Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington - both locations where i received exceptional service. More
