Best Dealer Service Experience Their service department is thorough and if a problem seems complicated the shop foreman ( Tommy Lotito ) will personally review the issue and he will Their service department is thorough and if a problem seems complicated the shop foreman ( Tommy Lotito ) will personally review the issue and he will find an answer and fix what is wrong. He is extremely knowledgeable and will take as long as necessary to review and fix any issue. Service advisor Joe Berti is extremely concerned with customer service and satisfaction and will do everything that he can to satisfy the customer's concern(s). More
Exceptional service I’ve been trying to get a loaner so that I could bring my car in fr recall service for the past few weeks but was unsuccessful. It was unfortunate tha I’ve been trying to get a loaner so that I could bring my car in fr recall service for the past few weeks but was unsuccessful. It was unfortunate that one of my tires was punctured, so there I was atthe service center. When Chris, my advisor, realized that my car wasn’t only in need of a new tire but also scheduled maintenance and pending recalls he got me into a loaner right away. The service was quick, I was able to get my car back within a business day and I was updated on what was done. When I received my car it was nicely cleaned. this is a plus for me! Thank you Chris!!! frustrating experience My frustrating experience with the service department at Paramus Mercedes started on March 16th approximately 2 weeks ago. Initially I called both Me My frustrating experience with the service department at Paramus Mercedes started on March 16th approximately 2 weeks ago. Initially I called both Mercedes of Paramus and Mercedes USA to inform them that my SiriusXM radio and my Bluetooth suddenly stopped working. It was very difficult to get a person on the phone at Paramus Mercedes. I tried calling 4 times and 4 times I got the voicemail of different service advisor and managers. Feeling really frustrated at this point I called Mercedes USA. They answered the phone on the first called and tried to walk me through the problem but unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved. They told me I should just bring it into the dealer which I did the following day. When I got to the dealer I was told by Mark Resende that several people with the C300 2017 have the same problem and they are waiting on the engineers to give them a fix. I asked to speak to a manager because I wanted a more definitive answer. Kief came out and said they are working on it and should have it resolved in a couple of days. I told Keif that since my car is here I will leave it until they get “the fix”. On 3/21/18 I received a voicemail from Mark Resende stating I could pick the car up but they were unable to restore the Sirius Radio at this time. I tried to call Mark back to ask him why the Sirius Radio wasn’t restored but again all I got was his voicemail. I called again five more times and each time the receptionist put me through to another service advisor I was only able to get their voicemail. On the six attempt I told the receptionist that I didn’t wanted a live person not a voicemail so she said should have to get up and go back there to make sure Glen the manager pick up the phone. Finally I did talk to Glen and he said Mercedes is still working on restoring SiriusXM to my car. I asked Glen if Mercedes is going to pay for my loss of time with SiriusXM, Glen said he didn’t know but his experience has been that Mercedes-Benz of Paramus normally will stand by their vehicles make up the difference if they are at fault. A driver delivered my car to me on 3/23. On 3/29 I got a flat tire and my car was toad to Paramus Mercedes. On 3/31 I went to pick my car up but before I paid I requested to speak to a manager. Richie Nelson came out and escorted me to his desk. I explained to him how frustrated I was because no one from Paramus Mercedes had called me yet to inform me about when my SiriusXM Radio would be restored. Richie said to me we just got a “a fix”. Now I am really upset so I ask Richie why no one called to inform me especially since my car is already in the shop. He said we are calling customers now but if you want you can leave your car here and we will fix it. Once again I left my car at the shop and today 4/1 I received a call from Richie saying my car is ready for pickup. This is unacceptable customer service. No one bothered to follow up and update me on the status of restoring my SiriusXM and I had to call numerous times to get a live person on the phone why? More

Service handled our problem very well We brought our car for service since the command console had "blanked out". Bibi, the service rep., said they said they have had similar issues with We brought our car for service since the command console had "blanked out". Bibi, the service rep., said they said they have had similar issues with other cars but offered to temporarily fix the problem while wait. He shortly came back and said the problem was fixed. He told us that they did not find any diagnostic code but that I had inadvertently turned off console power switch, and everything was fine. Bibi was very responsive and professional which we really appreciated. More
