Clear Vision We picked up my new vehicle and didn’t realize until we drove off the lot that the windshield had an odd defect that made it look blurry. We contacted our sales person Jeff Chun who connected us with service and it was replaced within a day. Dropped off, received a loaner and they even dropped my vehicle once done to our home since my car seat was not in place. They were amazing. From Jeff in sales to Axel and Theresa in service! Great team! Professional and helpful. All in a timely manner. Five stars! More

Unable to find air leak in tire Happy with the staff, but after leaving my new GLS a few days with them, their technician was unable to troubleshoot the source of the slow leak comin Happy with the staff, but after leaving my new GLS a few days with them, their technician was unable to troubleshoot the source of the slow leak coming from my left rear tire. Still losing approximately 2 lbs pressure/day. So maybe when it comes to tires, a tire center might be better place to go for tire related services. More

The staff at Mercedes Benz were very friendly and response. You guys are very efficient. Everyone seems to really care about the customer. They also do a great job of explaining what the service reps found or did to the car. The person who answers the phone in service with the accent is VERY frustrating to talk with. It is not her accent but she doesn't listen well. I have dealt with her several times over the phone and once in person. You have to repeat everything several times. Once I literally had to repeat it 3X and I deliberately talked slowly. More
